Not a great app. UI is clunky and loading is slow. Need to pay $15 if you want an ID on a new phone. Frankly ridiculous

Very easy to accidentally delete app when they send pop up ads. Each time it costs me another $25

The app works well and is convenient once you customize your settings. The irritating issue is that it frequently asks if you want to delete the app. It is so touchy that placing your phone in your pocket with the app open may result in deletion of the app.  This is troublesome if you have to pay the facility you use it at each time they have to re-register you.

I hate that the menu scrolls from the side. I have deleted my credentials three times because I have inadvertently slid the menu on . Please make the menu scroll from the top like every other app on the market .

This was my first time using the Conekt system, and after talking with a rep, it was very easy to implement credentials and adjust the readers.

Ridiculous that everytime you get a new phone or accidentally click delete account, you have to pay $25 to activate all over again.

This app is satisfactory but could be more effective if it had a watch app & a bit better user interface with nicer layouts & animations. 

Also, adding a feature that allows this app to run in Wallet would be great too. I do realize that’s an NFC vs BT thing, but there’s got to be a way. Searching for this app when walking up to the door is annoying & having it more easily accessible would be a game changer. Also, the privacy policy needs to further clarify the limitations of data collection in regard to location services when granting “Always” to the location permissions.

Otherwise, it works as designed.
