## What is Confer?

Confer is the digital business card layer between meeting someone and connecting on popular professional social media or messengers.

Show your card as a tappable code. The other person scans with their iPhone camera — no app install, no friction. They see your photo, your name, your social links, and tap to follow you on a popular social media platform, messenger, or anywhere else you're online.

Once both people install the full app, the exchange is automatically saved as a connection. No business cards. No "what was their name again?" No follow-up email needed.

Add your card to Apple Wallet for one-tap access. Share it anywhere.

Built native for iPhone. Powered by App Clips for instant first impressions.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-06-07

More ways to connect, a rebuilt setup experience, and a faster app:

• Redesigned onboarding — a new Welcome screen leads into a clearer three-part setup flow (You / Story / Connect), rebuilt with iOS 26 Liquid Glass cards and fields throughout.
• New ways to connect — add Telegram, Signal, and Viber to your card, and every platform now appears with its real brand logo, on your card and on every card you scan.
• Smarter meeting context — when you note where or whom you met, the app can now suggest the event or occasion automatically, so capturing the moment takes less effort.
• Opens instantly — your card is fully rendered before you see the app, and your Connections tab loads already populated instead of loading in.
• Privacy and on-device security hardening, plus general polish and fixes.

### 1.3 — 2026-06-05

A fresh, more personal look — plus easier sharing:

• Your photo now sets a soft, blurred backdrop behind crisp glass cards across the app.
• Share your card in a tap — a new share sheet with quick-copy and your App Clip Code.
• A sharper photo on your Wallet card.
• Polish and fixes throughout.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-04

A fresh look and some upgrades you asked for:

• New app icon and refreshed brand.
• Connections now show where and when you met each person, with swipe-to-remove.
• Your profile saves automatically as you edit — the Save button is gone.
• Crop your photo right from the profile editor.
• A refreshed Wallet card, plus polish and bug fixes throughout.

### 1.1 — 2026-06-03

• Your Apple Wallet pass has a cleaner design, with your scannable code built right into the pass.
• Refreshed the look of the Connections and Settings tabs.
• Onboarding refinements and fixes.
