We were all able to hear one another. Unfortunately the number used is not a toll free number and some people were not able to call in due to their providers restrictions. And that is why 3 stars. ### 2/5 — Don’t purchase *2021-05-05, version 1.9* Works most of the time. I purchased for my work remote team so we can have conference call meetings. Some are required to pay per minute from their carrier. I do not recommend ### 2/5 — No Tech assistance at all *2020-09-18, version 1.6* We are using ConferenceNowPRO since March. We had technical difficulty and wanted to contact them. However, there is no contact phone number. There is “contact us” button, clicked that, sent emails with request. NO response at all. Pretty sad!!! ### 4/5 — Shared Moderator *2020-04-23, version 1.6* I love this option , however, is it possible to remove the ability of the Shared Moderator to view the Moderator Access Code? If the Shared Moderator takes note of the Moderator Access Code while they have access thru the Shared Moderator key, the Shared Moderator can use the Moderator Access Code to access the line and to control it even after their shared key has been revoked. ### 3/5 — No call back numbers for recordings *2020-04-22, version 1.6* Where is the call back number for recordings. Unhappy right now. Can’t reach anyone at the company. ### 4/5 — Prayer meeting *2020-04-17* Had a good prayer meeting last night and could not tell how many attend or call in. We don’t mind paying for the service, but we can’t use the promising features like adding moderators ... that you pay for. I submitted over 5 requests with no response. My company would have like to keep this app. ### 3/5 — Could Be Great But....... *2020-03-27* I’m currently trying the trial version of ConferenceNow Pro. I used it for a meeting with 12 participants and for the most part it went well. Participants were able to call in and connect to the meeting no problem. There was some odd disruptive noise interruptions occasionally that were not coming from the participants because they used the mute function on their phones. The biggest problem I had as moderator was when I tried to use the view function to monitor participants hand raising. I had to constantly refresh the feature every 5-10 seconds because it kept disconnecting, it became very annoying. We were able to get through most of our meeting, about and hour before everyone got disconnected and had to call back in. About 10 minutes later as we were just about to wrap up the meeting we all got disconnected and were unable to call back in. As a result I had to send out texts to the participants letting them know that due to technical issues we had to adjourn the meeting. I was hopeful about using this service but after the problems I encountered I can’t justify paying monthly for this service, perhaps if it was a one time fee for life I would’ve purchased in hopes that improvements would come. ### 3/5 — Tonights call *2020-03-27, version 1.6* Tonights to call was bad, to say the least. I have and paying for the conference pro, and the moderate had to keep refreshing the call, and then I got kicked off the call. It was embarrassing to get dropped from your call. Mr. P ### 3/5 — Good...almost everywhere - but... *2019-10-22, version 1.6* Works great when using the App on one device...but not so good when sharing a conference with another device. With Pro, you are supposed to be able to share a conference with another moderator in case you aren't able to monitor the meeting...but almost always, the sharing feature is revoked on the device of the other moderator in the middle of the meeting...thus paying to upgrade to Pro isn't feasible not to say anything about the inconvenience of having a meeting suddenly with no moderator! I've written twice to the developer and gotten no response. Hopefully the developer will respond....I really want to like this app! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service 👎🏽👎🏽 *2023-07-26, version 1.11* I’m only giving 1 star because the service works for me. HOWEVER, it does not work for other members of my group. I have repeatedly reach out for help via email because I can not locate a number to call. Certain networks can not access this service. I am paying regular fees to provide a conference line for my group to access and for some reason there is a block. I have asked for alternate numbers or an explanation as to why it is not working and have NEVER received a response. I’ve been using this service (as best I can) since 2020. Once I find another a better accommodating service, Conference Now will be history 👎🏽 ### 1/5 — Decent but charges your clients *2023-03-19, version 1.9* Honestly it's just embarrassing that such a nice app will charge some of your clients a penny a minute. Bill me instead and I'd give you 5 stars, but this is just ridiculous after you pay a yearly fee, and people you are trying to do business with are confused. One guy thought it said a dollar a minute instead of a penny a minute and was pretty angry. Will not be renewing this one! See ya ### 1/5 — Shared Key Goes Missing! *2021-10-05, version 1.9* The shared key goes missing frequently. Every time I use the app I have to enter the shared key. Happens before and during conference calls then I can no longer see participants. Very frustrating! Why doesn’t the key stick? ### 1/5 — Will not renew, when subscription is up *2021-09-03, version 1.9* Need more features to choose from, I purchased the $99 plan and it not worth the money, I only have like ten participants the only features is the option to record the conference. I had the free version but thought more church members would be joining, one Sunday there was ten on, and a couple more tried to connect and wasn’t able to, that why I purchased the paid version. We still sometimes have problems even with the paid version. I have sent emails but they have been ignored. There need to be more feature than just the option to record. There should be feature that allows music from Apple play to play in the conference, and also which waiting for people to join. And the host would have control over when to start and stop the music. Also be able to have and option where you can record your conference name that’s announced when participants called in they would here the name announced. ### 1/5 — I pay for the pro and doesn’t work *2021-07-29, version 1.9* I have been paying for this service and it doesn’t work. This company is a calling service, yet has no call in number themselves! Worse yet, some of the people who have called our conference are either blocked from entering the call or HAVE BEEN CHARGED PER MINUTE for using one of the call-in numbers!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Tried multiple times but wouldn’t connect. When I tried a different bridge it worked and I had to send alternate bridge info right away. Can you find out what is the issue with first bridge as I still can’t connect to it ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! *2020-03-07, version 1.6* After carefully reading the information listed about the perks of purchasing the ConferenceNowPRO vs the ConferenceNow I recently decided to finally purchase this app. Now being a paying customer one would think you would get more of a somewhat satisfactory customer service experience however, nothing is simplified as to help you add moderators. I tried emailing the company three separate times and they have failed to respond to me either time. This is a waste of money and this app should be reported and removed indefinitely!!! I strongly warn all DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!
