## What is ConferenceRoom?

Med SIGMA MOBILE CONFERENCE ROOM får du enkelt kontroll över dina mötesrum.
Krångligt att hitta mötesrum? Är alla mötesrum upptagna enligt Outlook men när du väl är på plats så används inte rummet?

SIGMA MOBILE CONFERENCE ROOM är verktyget som gör det enkelt att optimera användningen av kontorets resurser.
Med applikationen i väggmonterade iPads vid de bokningsbara rummen behöver du inte ens en dator för att boka eller avboka rummet. Du klickar bara på skärmen för att se dagens bokningar eller för att själv boka. Bokningarna synkas direkt med Outlook. Med ett enkelt knapptryck kan du dessutom ”frigöra” och avboka rummet och göra rummet tillgängligt för andra om ditt möte skulle sluta tidigare än planerat.
