There are no escalation options within the App beyond contact information to the Amex travel agent, who also seemingly can do nothing to resolve the matter. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN BUSINESS TRAVEL. Not sure how I’m supposed to access my info now and I can’t log in on a computer because I need to dual verify via the app which won’t open. Even then you may have to call your travel agent and have them re-fax the required authorization. I just want to check into my room and relax. I usually end up paying with my own credit card. Why don’t the do a study of how many conferma reservations are made vs. how many are actually paid out? Also- the app itself is horrible. You can’t save the password in your Apple key chain and it constantly signs you out. The password reset email goes straight to Spam. I have to create new accounts all the time. Catch 22. App is rendered useless. No way to request help to unlock the account. ### 1/5 — Horrible to use *2025-04-21, version 5.8* It’s a nightmare to use this app. I’ve wasted 30 mins just trying to update my password!! Legit you have to update your password all the time. When you can finally log in, it’s not like it’s hiding top secret information. ### 1/5 — The worst app and poor support *2025-04-11, version 5.7* I never give reviews, but this app is this is the worst I’ve ever used. I have to use it for business travel, but if you haven’t used it for sometime the password expires, once this happens it is impossible to input a new one. The support team send you a link to respond to them, but you can’t use because you can’t login. They have asked for security details via email, which isn’t appropriate. This is not what you need when you are travelling. In the outside chance Conferma read their reviews, this would help fix the issue I’ve had. 1. Don’t have the password expire. 2. Show password criteria by the reset password input. 3. Give the option to view the password when you type it in. 4. Don’t send your customers a link to login to respond to you when the call is related to not being able to login in. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor password strategy *2026-08-26, version 5.16.2* Whilst in a foreign country, no one speaking the language and the hotel rejecting payment. Conferma decided that was the time to demand a password reset with an unclear and complicated process. ### 1/5 — Difficult site to use *2026-08-18, version 5.16.1* The site is not user friendly you can’t forward any bookings to monitoring Aps ### 1/5 — If I could meet the m0r0n responsible for this *2026-07-15, version 5.16* You waste 20mins trying to get back in every time this waste of space resets. Ridiculous security set up that actually discourages rather than uses best practice. Corporate User, now campaigning to have this rubbish binned from our travel model. ### 1/5 — It won’t open *2026-06-14, version 5.15.1* App downloaded > deleted > downloaded again (over and over) and it simply will not open anything other than a blank page. I can not even get to the log-in screen ### 1/5 — Dreadful! *2026-06-10, version 5.15.1* The only thing worse than this app’s performance is its support. The app is literally a 5-gallon bucket of barf, without the bucket. Login problems are routine. The process for resetting your password hovers between intermittent and downright broken. Unfortunately, my company forces me to (try and) use it. Avoid it, if at all possible. ### 1/5 — Really bad *2026-06-07, version 5.15.1* The authentication flow is a joke. FaceID, then asked for my password, then OTP, then say the password has expired. Then I go to my password manager to make a new password, return to Conferma and it ways that something went wrong and I need to start again. Then I can’t request another OTP because it’s too soon, but that last request was for my previous login. A truly awful experience, starting with the long-debunked theory that passwords should be rotated. Finally, when setting up my authenticator app, you ask me to enter the code and the keyboard doesn’t appear. Great work. ### 1/5 — Works like a broken app & service *2026-06-06, version 5.15.1* Why is this app in the App Store? It doesn’t work and works more like a very buggy prototype. ### 1/5 — 2FA doesn’t work *2026-05-26, version 5.15.1* Absolutely useless. Selecting any of the three methods of 2FA causes the app to freeze then crash. The result is that I can’t even log into the app, much less use it. EDIT: update 5.15.1 installed - fault still apparent. It doesnt work on the web either or on my iPad. I reached out for help but they havent been able to fix it either. You add this Conferma app on top of it which seems like a complete waste of time and they want a lot of your personal information. I like that I don’t need to have a corporate card for hotel stays. It’s able to be easily updated as well in real time with my travel advisor. It’s the best. ### 5/5 — Good record keeping *2026-06-15, version 5.15.1* I travel a lot for work, this app helps me manage where I’ll be going, how long I’ll be there and much more great app I do highly suggest using app. It is through a business.
