A new look, and a better set of tools for hosts.

A FRESH COAT
Cards, buttons and the navigation bar are now frosted glass. Event pages take their colour from the event itself, with the cover art blurred back behind the content, so every page feels like the thing it's actually about.

PICK YOUR BACKGROUND
Two app backgrounds to choose from: Aurora Green and Midnight. Find them under Settings, Appearance. Your choice stays on your device.

A CLEARER EVENT PAGE
The date, price and availability now read in the order you'd ask for them. Descriptions show in full. Events running across several dates show the NEXT date at the top, so you don't have to hunt for it. The venue, address and map now sit together under Location.

SEE WHO'S GOING
Event pages can show who's coming, with names and photos. It's off by default. Hosts turn it on with "Show who's going" when editing an event.

PROFILES THAT SHOW THE FULL PICTURE
Tapping a host opens their profile rather than a single collection. Events you co-host now appear on your profile and count towards your total, so co-hosts get credit for the events they actually run.

FOR HOSTS
Co-hosts can open the guest list and check people in, not just the event owner. For events running over several days, the check-in screen shows how each day is doing at a glance, and the numbers update the moment you scan even with no signal.

A DARKER MAP
The map matches the rest of the app, and event names on it are easy to read.

FIXES
Signing out no longer gets stuck on the logo. Shared links open the app properly, including links to collections. Photos are compressed wherever you upload them, so pages load faster on a slow connection.

Series check-in

• Check guests in for each session of a multi-date series, not just once
  for the whole event. Your guest list now shows who attended which session.
• Scanning for a session that is days away asks you to confirm first, so a
  late scan cannot quietly land on the wrong date.
• Check-ins taken with no signal now record the time you actually scanned,
  not the time your phone reconnected.

Fixes and improvements

• A series that has already started stays under Upcoming until its final
  session ends, instead of dropping into Past.
• Past events now list the most recent first.
• Tapping See all under Cities on Discover shows every city, not only the
  ones with events on right now.
• Added Warri, Delta State.
• Confety now tells you when a new version is available.

### Confety 1.2.0 (27) — 2026-07-18

Series is here. Turn any event into a Series and run it across several dates, each with its own time, venue and capacity. Sell a Series Pass that covers every date, or Single Date tickets for a single occurrence. Attendees see a clean timeline of all dates on the event page, and hosts can edit a live Series at any time. Plus a new attendee count on every event and a range of smaller fixes.
