## What is ConfidantPM?

ConfidantPM is project management software built for boutique shops and independent PMs — with a structured assistant built in.

Unlike generic chatbots bolted onto a task list, ConfidantPM's assistant references your actual project documents, asks clear questions, and never takes action without your confirmation. You stay in control of every decision.

ConfidantPM supports the way you actually run projects:
• Waterfall — phase-gated planning with clear milestones
• Agile — sprints, boards, and velocity tracking
• Hybrid — a blended approach with methodology-specific views

Key features:
• Assistant-drafted documents, task suggestions, and risk/issue tracking — grounded in your project's real history
• Risk and issue logs that stay current
• Sprint planning and velocity charts for agile and hybrid projects
• Clean mobile experience for checking status and updating progress on the go
• Built for small teams — no bloated enterprise features you'll never use

ConfidantPM is for PMs who want a real assistant, not a black box — one that shows its work and waits for your call.
