Every quarter they charge me $60 to use their services which I email their team every-time and my bank disputes the charge. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. ### 2/5 — Poor customer service *2026-07-12, version 3.1.7* I love this app, and I use it often. But it has bugs. And everytime I’ve reached out I have gotten no response. I was charged $99.99 for an annual renewal on May 31, canceled and deleted the app the same day, and requested a refund immediately. I could not find any renewal reminder emails, and while the company states refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, I never received a response to my follow-up asking whether my situation was reviewed. I am sure the app itself would have been good if only i could log into it. They charged me 3 separate times 2 months apart rather than a yearly amount. One of which was made after I canceled the subscription! I reached out and they said because the subscription is through Apple they can’t do anything about it. I called Apple and they said if it was an Apple charge that merchant name would say Apple.com but the charge said the name of the app. I have been going back and forth with them about this charge.
