Tracking how I feel throughout the day and reviewing the information later has been a game changer in managing my emotions and my behavior! Thank you Confide! 

Only thing I’d say is that I wish you had Apple Watch compatibility! Maybe that’s on the way idk

Started tracking my mood a couple days ago. This app has helped me be more consistent at tracking my emotions. It is also super simple and that helps.
