### 1/5 — NEEDS a bug fix

Keeps crashing when more than one transfer is trying to load either needs a bug fix or, going to the great App Store in the sky. please fix this

Hi there,  it would be SO much easier if you could upload more than one photo. 

At the moment i can only submit the 1 photo to complete and have to open the document again to upload the next photo. Each document/Patch i am uploading over 10 photos (so am i having to submit the same folder at least 10 times) and on top of that some nights i am doing more then 7 patches. 

It’s unnecessarily complicated and would be so much easier if i was able to submit more than 1 photo.

Please help with this!.

### 2/5 — Not a particularly great app

App is clunky but kinda works location based defect system is consistently unhelpful and a significant time wasting exercise.

With a new update came the unwanted feature of the app constantly asking for full location access with the added bonus of battery life that can be measured in minutes.

Generally I feel the app developers have very little idea of what the app is for as it is a bit complicated for a simple task and not able to be easily tailor for a specific task.

The app also doesn’t notify of required updates it just stops working.

The location pin point is way to sensitive you would walk a meter away from an asset tied to a particular location and it disappears of the face of the planet.

Support in Australia for the app is basic at best as many of the questions I have had I’ve yet to have answers for and with no great local support all communication mainly is electronic.

Anyway I could go on the app serves its function but not in a particularly stand out way.

It’s great for my team- simple and captures good data. Would love to see barcodes reading and more functionality with map searching but overall works well
