## What is ConfocalAlly?

ConfocalAlly helps microscopy users set practical sampling parameters before acquisition.

Use the Sampling workspace to estimate lateral resolution and recommended Nyquist pixel size. Review status indicators to catch under- or over-sampling quickly.

Use the Z-Stack workspace to estimate axial sampling, select Nyquist or custom Z-step, and project total slices from thickness and margin.

All calculations update instantly as values change. No account is required.
