Read, pray and memorize Scripture every day, in one free app built for born-again Christians. Conform keeps your daily habits together and keeps distracting apps closed until they're done. "For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son." Romans 8:29 (LSB) Growth in grace is God's work. Conform helps you keep the habits he uses to make us like his Son: reading the Bible, prayer, Scripture memory and devotional reading. It's free, with no subscription. YOUR DAILY HABITS, IN ONE PLACE Choose what's on your home screen: Daily Verse with a short study, Morning and Evening devotionals, your Bible plan, Scripture memory, prayer, a gratitude journal, Daily Vocabulary and God Is…. Set a reminder for each and see at a glance what's left today. Good intentions become a steady daily rhythm. PUT GOD FIRST, BEFORE YOU SCROLL Block distracting apps, websites and whole categories of apps until your habits are done, on a schedule if you like. Need a short break? Earn it through prayer or Scripture. Your first minutes with your phone go to God's Word instead of the feed. MORNING AND EVENING WITH SPURGEON Charles Spurgeon's classic devotional, both readings every day, with updated wording and ESV Scripture. Listen full screen over the day's sunrise or sunset as the words appear while they're read. HIDE GOD'S WORD IN YOUR HEART Add verses from anywhere in the app and remember them for good. Spaced review brings each verse back just before you'd forget it. Review by typing the first letter of each word or every letter, choosing the missing word, or saying the verse aloud, and practise with games that never change when a verse is due. VERSE RADIO Your memory verses read aloud on a loop in the LSB or ESV, or in your own recorded voice, with pauses to say them back. Keep learning on a walk, with your phone locked, or in the car with CarPlay. PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE Keep prayer cards for people and topics and pray through them in guided sessions, with Scripture to pray. Record answered prayers and see how God has answered. Share requests with friends and groups. Your prayers and journal are end-to-end encrypted. READ, LISTEN TO AND STUDY THE BIBLE Read the LSB, ESV, KJV, NKJV, NIV, NLT, NASB (1995 and 2020), AMP, NET or BSB, the Greek New Testament and Hebrew Old Testament, or the Bible in Spanish (NBLA) and Swedish (Svenska Folkbibeln). Search, compare translations, highlight and take notes. Read commentaries from John Calvin, Matthew Henry, John Gill, Charles Spurgeon (including The Treasury of David on the Psalms), J. C. Ryle and A. W. Pink. Listen at any speed from 0.5× to 2×; in the LSB each verse is highlighted as it's read. Follow a traditional, chronological or custom plan, bring in any plan from a photo, file or pasted text, and share a plan so family and friends can read with you. REMEMBER GOD'S GOODNESS A gratitude journal with prompts, photos and a calendar, so you can look back on God's faithfulness. LEARN THE FAITH OF THE CHURCH Historic creeds, catechisms and confessions, including the 1689 London Baptist Confession, with daily reading plans. GO DEEPER IN BIBLE STUDY Ask questions about a passage or a doctrine with AI study help, and choose the assistant you study with. It's study help that points you back to Scripture: it doesn't replace your Bible, your church or your pastor. ALSO · Daily Verse widget for your home and lock screen · CarPlay for the Bible, your plans and the devotionals · Streaks and stats · Fasting plans and family worship (new, and still growing) · iPhone and iPad Conform is built by one developer as a ministry, not a business. ## Key features - Daily devotional readings - Scripture memory and spaced review - Distraction blocking for habits - Prayer journal with encryption - Multiple Bible translations and commentaries - Verse radio and CarPlay support ## Is Conform safe? I use the LSB and the audio Bible feature is terrific. Once I got the hang of everything and all the features I really feel that it supplies everything I could possibly need. Such a blessing! **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Please let me know if you have any ideas on how I can improve the app for you. This Spurgeon devotions are delightful. The audible Bible is great for someone dyslexia. And starting in January, I look forward to doing the Bible in a year plan. The creator, Dale is very responsive and answers all questions which is refreshing in this world and very Christ like. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. God bless. ### 5/5 — The very best Bible application. *2026-09-29* My favorite way to start my day. **Developer response:** Thanks for the review. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to improve the app for you. God bless. ### 5/5 — Best Bible App By Far *2026-09-23* The reading plans, the translation options, the verse memorization tool, and the Daily Verse are all absolutely incredible. Really love the fact I can block all apps until I do my daily Bible reading too. ### 5/5 — Best app I can recommend *2026-09-17* Kept looking for apps and only came across ones with hidden fees and you couldn’t even use them which sucked but this one is completely free and it’s helped me get closer to god **Developer response:** Thank you for the review! It’s great hear the app is helping you get closer to God. Please let me know if you have any ideas on how the app can be improved. God bless ### 5/5 — Still the Best Bible App! *2026-08-21* Still asking for an Audio Tracking Bar that’ll move while listening to audio. More suggestions for fonts; American Typewriter and Bookman Old-style. **Developer response:** Thank you so much — this is incredibly encouraging. I’m really glad Word before World is helping you spend more time in God’s Word. I also really appreciate the thoughtful suggestions — I’ve since added NLT, NKJV, Avenir, and more paper options based on feedback like this. God bless! ### 5/5 — Cannot recommend a better app *2026-08-15* This is my first review for any app. I normally don‘t do this but I can’t recommend a better app that will help with memorizing and just organizing prayer requests with your work group, friend group, and church groups. With great steps for Bible memorization as well this app helps greatly. With certain translations there is a scarcity of verses but there is an option to input in the translation you enjoy reading in. With the tool to block apps as well to rid distractions, I cannot recommend a better app for just being able to use your screen time towards the Word. Awesome app! **Developer response:** Thanks for the review Cornelius. I’m glad to hear that it’s helping you with your spiritual disciplines! Feel free to reach out at anytime with any ideas or feedback on how we can make the app even better - dale.oshea@conformtojesus.app ### 4/5 — Love this! *2026-08-15* This app is legendary! So many amazing features. I love the memory recall feature. It would be cool to see AI in an organizational tool with journaling, but I don’t see myself using the AI tools for like in Assistant as a trustworthy resource for sound truth, and bring fallible and unreliable interpretation with scripture and devotionals. Nevertheless, Conform is beyond helpful in many ways—app blocking for productivity, Bibles, audio Spurgeon’s Morning/Evening and Faith’s Checkbook, prayer list, journaling for my study notes, customizable reading plans, daily verse on home screen, and my favorite… verse memorization, all in one app! Still more to discover, but Conform is a great and productive tool for the Christian. This is a game changer! ## Frequently asked questions about Conform ### What is Conform's primary purpose? The latest version is 1.0.67, last updated on October 29, 2026. This suggests a relatively active update schedule for the application. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.0.67 — 2026-10-29 Import your prayer cards: bring in prayers from another list or app, review them, and choose where each one goes. Everything is read on your phone; nothing is uploaded. Thanks to Mychael for the idea. Reading rhythms in Book Tracker: track a book by pages, minutes or chapters, and give it a rhythm (daily, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly). Bible study and book club books show under Scheduled Reading, with what's due and a weeks-in-a-row streak. Thanks to Timmy for the idea. More control in Memorize: choose a review pattern for your verses (every day, every week, every few days, or building up gradually) and set your own accuracy goals. Small typos from nearby keys now count too. Thanks to Wesley, Titus and Ashley for the ideas. Skip your way: choose what Bible audio's skip buttons do, a verse, a chapter, or 10 to 60 seconds, on the lock screen and in CarPlay too. Thanks to Wesley for the idea. Also new: share a memory verse straight from its menu, and on iPhone Duo, study the Bible with footnotes, cross-references and your notes beside the chapter. ### 1.0.66 — 2026-10-25 Verse Radio: listen to your memory verses. Your verses play on a loop, read aloud in the LSB or ESV or in your own recorded voice, with pauses to say them back. Keep listening on a walk, in the car with CarPlay, or with your phone locked. Listening is practice, so it never changes when a verse is due. Thanks to Caleb for the idea. Practice without pressure: Practice now sits beside Review, with a new Reorder game alongside Select Word, Multiple Choice and Matching. Practice never marks a verse reviewed. Review by speaking: say a verse out loud, record yourself, reveal the passage and mark how you did. You can also choose how often verses come back for review, for all your verses or just one (thanks, Caleb). A calmer way to listen: add soft background music to Bible, plan and devotional audio, with separate voice and music levels. Add a pause between chapters, and set the sleep timer to stop at the end of a chapter, after a few chapters or at the end of the book. While audio plays, the player tucks into a small circle so you can read along. Thanks to Caleb and Manuel for these ideas. Highlight in one tap: turn on Quick Highlight and your highlight colors appear as soon as you select a verse. You can also show your highlights as underlines. Also new: share a finished Morning & Evening or Faith's Checkbook reading with a link, so friends can listen even without the app (thanks to Nancie for asking for this one). You can also search your prayer cards by name, and tap a Bible reference in Daily Verse, Daily Vocabulary or God Is… to read it right there. ### 1.0.65 — 2026-10-19 You're not limited to the plans in Conform anymore. Bring in any reading plan from a photo, a file or pasted text, check it over, and follow it with the same reminders and progress as every other plan. Start on Day 1 or the day you're already on. Share any plan with a link, so family and friends can read it with you. They get their own copy and can start where you are. Make the tab bar yours: choose which pages sit there and in what order, including Bible Plans and App Blocking. On iPad you can arrange the sidebar too. Listen in the car: Conform works in CarPlay, with the Bible, your plans and the daily devotional, and Siri can start them for you ("Play John 3 in Conform"). Pick up where you left off with Continue Listening. Also new: App Blocking's Prioritise can follow a schedule, Bible audio plays at any speed from 0.5× to 2×, and you can talk to the assistant instead of typing. Signing in is easier with a 6-digit code from the email. ### 1.0.64 — 2026-10-09 The daily devotional has been completely redesigned. Morning & Evening now opens full screen over the day's sunrise or sunset, and Spurgeon's words appear as they're read. Every reading has been re-recorded with a clearer voice. You can now pray Scripture itself: prayer topics can show their Bible verse in your translation, alongside the ready-made prayers. Bible audio now follows along. When you listen in the LSB, each verse is highlighted as it's read. Many of you asked for this one, and I'm working on adding it to other translations. Chat has a fresh look, with a new way to meet and choose your assistant. Adding prayer cards, Bible plans and App Blocking blocks now goes one simple step at a time. Cards without a photo show their first letter, and I'll let you know when a locked block can be edited. Buttons now respond wherever you tap them. ### 1.0.63 — 2026-09-28 Fixed an issue that could prevent the app from opening after an update. Bible chapters have clearer formatting in supported translations, plus more reading-layout controls. The tab bar and quick actions have been refined across the app. App Blocking's Scripture prompt now uses the daily verse. Recorded verse playback now correctly updates when audio finishes. ## Apps similar to Conform | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [intoBible](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/intobible/id6802833415) | 5.0 (10) | Free | Reference | | [LSB Legacy Standard Bible](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/lsb-legacy-standard-bible/id6484270584) | 4.7 (38) | Free | Reference | | [Berean Bible App](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/berean-bible-app/id6752791815) | 4.9 (10) | Free | Reference | | [Psalmo: Daily Bible Verse Lock](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/psalmo-daily-bible-verse-lock/id6766825149) | 4.4 (47) | Free | Reference | | [Lux Bible: Read, Note, & Study](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/lux-bible-read-note-and-study/id6759510218) | 4.8 (22) | Free | Reference | | [Manna: Daily Bible Reading](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/manna-daily-bible-reading/id6757349977) | 5.0 (9) | Free | Reference | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
