## What is Confresh Connect?

Confresh Connect helps the Confresh team manage customer communication from one business number. Send and receive SMS, place and receive business calls, review call history, keep customer conversations organized, and stay on top of follow-ups from the field or office.

Use Confresh Connect to:
• Send and receive text messages from the Confresh business line
• Make outbound calls that display the business number
• Receive incoming business calls in the app with CallKit support
• Review recent calls and message history in one inbox
• Keep customer contacts organized for faster follow-up
• Use AI handoff summaries powered by Chatbase to keep context after missed or transferred conversations

Confresh Connect is built for internal business use by the Confresh team.
