Then Confrets is the app you are looking for. 

1. Choose who from your contacts you want to send a secret confession.

2. Select up to three Confessions (from Love to Funny, from Heartbreaks to Appreciation) from the list of various confessions and send them secretly.

3. Find who from your contacts has sent you what they feel about you.

It is as simple as that.
