Lamentable, la app no conecta con el robot. Se queda en el último paso. He revisado que está todo correcto varias veces y no hay manera.

Todo correcto con mi wifi y con mi teléfono. En el último paso, donde la aspiradora debería aparecer en el listado de wifi, no aparece por lo que NUNCA se puede completar la instalación. Es un aparato condenado a no tener aplicación y pierde la parte inteligente que lo hacía interesante.

He realizado todos los pasos que indican para vincular con el robot pero ni modo. La señal la tengo a 2,4 he reseteado todo…nada. 
Al principio funcionaba bien se desvinculó y empezaron los fallos.

La App no permite limitar zonas de la casa (valla virtual) para que la conga no pase.
En mi casa hay zonas donde si o también, se queda atascada (bajo las patas de la mesa del comedor).
Actualización de la APP muy necesaria.

Llevo con este robot más de dos años. Robot vinculado a la app desde el primer día. Se desvincula de tanto en tanto, pero es, o era, fácil volver a vincularlo. Desde el apagón del 28A no hay manera. Se me desvinculó, y hago los pasos que dice la app. Y cuando va a vincular, manda señal al robot, conecta al wifi, pero no vincula con la app (último paso). He reseteado el robot, la app y mi router. Lo conecto al wifi 2,4GHz. Y nada… IMPOSIBLE. No sé qué más hacer.

Ne fonctionne pas sur iOS 18.4.1 j’arrive a l’installer pas à créer un compte pour paramétrer l’aspirateur il faudra faire une mise a jour pour I remédier à ce problème car j’ai un iPhone X et je suis bloqué juste pour créer un compte pour faire fonctionner le Conga 2290 donc avez vous une solution pour moi ?

No hay manera de vincular la app con la conga desde el primer día. La mandé al servicio técnico y supuestamente le cambiaron una pieza y sigue igual. Para el dinero que vale no sirve para nada.

La pintan muy bien…..pero es de lo peor, porque ni el mapeo se queda guardado, para poder escoger por donde se quiere limpiar. Otras marcas, te hacen el mapeo, se queda guardado y después puedes decirla que es lo que quiere que limpie, ya sea solo una habitación o dos estancias….o toda la casa…..porque me lo han enseñado amistades que tienen otras marcas! Para lo que vale, es una decepción. Además se desconecta y no hace caso….da igual que la desenchufes de la corriente y enchufes o te salgas de la App y vuelvas a entrar nada de nada! Debería de costar menos este robot/aspirador….muy decepcionada!
