## What is Conga 4000?

Aplicación compatible con los modelos Conga 4090 y Conga 4490. 
Esta aplicación permite visualizar el mapa de tu hogar y realizar una interactuación total con el robot gestionando habitaciones y seleccionando planes de limpieza. Además, podrás seleccionar entre sus diferentes modos de limpieza, la potencia de succión, el nivel de caudal del modo fregado, programarlo una o varias veces al día, consultar su estado, el nivel de batería y el historial de limpieza.

Le robot n’est plus Suivi, il n’y a plus de mise à jour, honteux d’abandonner un produit alors qu’il fonctionne très bien

It's never been very good or reliable, when it did work at one point it loaded up a map of someone else's home, allowed me to start their robot and watch it start to move, until I guess the owners thought "what the heck!" And put it back, at which point I could do it again! I had so much fun that I forgot to vacuum out floor!
Now on iOS15 it simply doesn't log you in or logs you out immediately so you can't use it.

L’application fonctionnait très bien depuis l’acquisition de mon aspirateur robot. Depuis quelques mois plus rien ne fonctionne comme avant (perte de plan,Bug d’application) c’est décevant!!!
Qu’en pensez-vous remettre tout cela en état de marche???

Depuis quelques jours il m’est impossible de me reconnecter à l’application et donc d’utiliser mon robot. 
Je n’ai plus que les fonctions de base mais impossible d’accéder aux cartes et aux programmes spécifiques. 
Mon robot devient donc quasiment inutilisable à cause de ça alors qu’il fonctionnait correctement jusque là …

A chaque fois que je lance l’app elle m’affiche “hors ligne”. Je ne peux donc plus lancer de nettoyage depuis l’app. La seule solution est de supprimer le robot et de le reconnecter, ce qui est long et fastidieux. Messieurs les développeurs un fix s’il vous plaît car tout fonctionnait très bien avec l’ancienne version !

App keeps losing stored house map and needs to be re-trained. Robot constantly gets stuck in corners. It takes so much time to supervise the robot that it is pointless getting this. Rubbish

L’aspirateur est top mais l’application est une catastrophe! Mais pourquoi vendre un appareil qualitatif comme celui ci et rendre son utilisation aussi compliquée a cause de son application!!

- La cartographie se fait correctement la 1ère fois mais se « dédouble » pour les utilisations suivante!!!
- L’aspirateur se perd et ne rejoins pas tout le temps sa base!!

Cecotec faites une MAJ le plus vite possible ou vous perdrez malheureusement des clients juste pour un problème d’application!!!
