## What is Conga 5090?

You can connect and control the robot with your Smartphone. It allows you to select among its different cleaning modes, the suction power, the water flow level during Scrubbing mode, program it once or several times a day, check its status, battery level and cleaning history. In addition, you can view the map of your home as the robot cleans. You can save more than one map, interact with the robot and the map, restrict areas, send the robot to clean a specific area or create cleaning plans according to your home and your needs.

L’application est complètement obsolète, alors que le robot fonctionne bien.
Impossible d’utiliser le robot dû à l’application qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Très très très déçu. Je vais faire un rapport au magazine Quechoisir.

C’est inadmissible ça fait 4 ans aucune amélioration de l’appli. trop de bug. Le robot se déconnecte impossible de le piloter via l’appli. C’est sensé nous faciliter la vie pas nous la compliquer à mettre 1h à chaque fois pour le configurer. Vous êtes au courant du problème depuis longtemps mais vous ne faites rien!!!! Je passerais le mot à tous les testeurs et autour de moi pour que personne n’achète vos produits. mon prochain robot ne sera pas un cecotec ça c’est sure.

One star is too much ! Customer service is non existent! don’t buy this product it last just over a year, I had a cheaper make and model that lasted twice as long and was better battery life.

Le robot est top mais l’application est nulle et inutilisable !!! Je regrette mon achat!! J’ai longtemps espérée une amélioration de l’appli mais rien depuis 3 ans!! La carte se réinitialise et il faut recommencer à 0! Le robot ne sert à rien sans l’application 😡

L’application se déconnecte tout le temps, impossible de garder les plans il faut tout reprendre à zéro à chaque passage. Vraiment pas au point du tout

À ce jour, impossible de se connecter. J’ai le message « conversation de l’utilisateur expiré ». Idem après réinitialisation du mot de passe.

J’envisage de plus en plus à me séparer de ce robot à cause d’une application bugé.
