## What is Congé Naissance 2026?

Congé Naissance 2026 is the reference calculator for the new French supplementary birth leave created by LFSS 2026 (Law n° 2025-1403 of December 30, 2025), effective July 1, 2026.

The app uses the official CPAM calculation method (daily salary base × 70% first month, 60% second), capped at PMSS 2026 (€4,005). Designed for parents who want an exact estimate before filing their CPAM application.

4 CALCULATORS
————————————————————

• My Allowance — Calculate your month-by-month allowance based on gross salary, status (non-executive, executive, public sector), and duration (1 or 2 months).

• Couple Simulation — Estimate the combined allowances of both parents and receive a recommendation on optimal leave distribution to minimize household income loss.

• PreParE Comparison — Side-by-side comparison between the new birth leave and the existing PreParE (shared child education benefit).

• Timeline (Premium) — Visualize the complete timeline of your leave on a Gantt chart: maternity/paternity, supplementary leave, PreParE. Identify key dates: employer notice, application deadline.
