Hmm ### 3/5 — Staff *2013-06-22, version 9.1* Cohen group takes way too long to update frequent changes in Congressmen and Senators roster -- months. Updating process is tedious and i have been charged twice for the same version. Photos should be bigger also. It has potential to be a really useful app with needed refinements. **Developer response:** Staff is not included in this app nor is it advertised as such. We offer that in Congress+, which doesn't update, and CongressPro, which updates over the air. Pro tip: if you tap on a photo it fills the whole screen. ### 1/5 — Crashes constantly *2011-08-28, version 7.1* Whenever I use the geo locate feature it crashes. They should fix the issue or post a solution, either way this was a great app but now need some serious support. **Developer response:** Next time, email us, we're happy to help. That said, my hope is you're still not using the 3G and have moved on to another great Apple device. Followed instruction to delete and redownload. Large program and take a while to do. The mapping that shows districts is awesome. All you could want to know in one place. The people that have put this app together are also very good to work with if you encounter issues. All those having database updating issues please read this review. I have an iPhone4 and had the same problem getting the updated database to install so I sent an email to the company asking for help. The CEO Dr. Cohen replied to me within 1 day with some solutions. unfortunately none of them worked but in the email he gave me a phone number to call if I still had any issues. I called late in the evening and left a message. In less than 1 hour the CEO himself called me back and worked me through the problem. Looks like iPhone4 users need to fully close the app by stopping it from running the background. After selecting the update, close the app, then double tap the home button to get to the app running in the background. Close the app there, wait a moment, and then restart the app. The new database should update then. If you are still having issues, please contact them directly before you write a bad review. I have never had better service then what I got from them! THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM! The updates are great and the few problems were with Apple updating the current app and not the app itself. Easy fix and now I am fully current with all the members of Congress. If you need to complain or make a comment to Congress this will get you the info on who, what, where, to make contact. Great for teaching, letters, and any contact. This is the best buck I have spent in the apple store. This will serve your needs well. Customer service is great all emails returned with in 24 hours and very helpful.
