## What is Conjugately?

See it. Hear it. Say it.

Most conjugation apps give you a list to read. Conjugately gives you three ways in at once — you read the prompt, hear the French spoken aloud, and say the answer yourself.

SEE IT
Every question is a real sentence, not a bare verb form. Spin three reels — difficulty, verb, tense — and your quiz is ready.

HEAR IT
Every question carries its own recording, voiced by a different speaker at each level, so the French you hear grows with you. Not text-to-speech read out on the fly.

SAY IT
Masters Mic is the part people remember. Hold the button, speak your answer in French, and the app tells you what it heard. Recognition runs entirely on your iPhone — your voice is never uploaded, never stored, never sent anywhere. Stuck? Tap Show A–D and the multiple choice appears.

FOUR LEVELS
Beginner, Novice, Elementary and Intermediate take you step by step from subject pronouns and être, avoir, faire up to 18 verbs including seven reflexives, across present, past and future. Twenty questions a quiz.

ALSO INSIDE
• Mini-courses with graded units and a Final Level Exam at the end of every level
• A vocabulary reference you can browse any time
• Journey tracking showing what you've mastered and what's next

CONJUGATELY PRO
Home-screen quizzes are free at every level. Conjugately Pro unlocks Masters Mic, the mini-courses beyond Beginner, and the Final Level Exams.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-09-30

Masters Mic — answer out loud.

1.1 adds speaking to Conjugately. Read the question, hear the French, then hold the mic and say your answer. The app shows what it heard and marks it. Recognition runs entirely on your iPhone; your voice is never sent anywhere.

Also in this update:
• Conjugately Pro: Masters Mic, mini-courses beyond Beginner and the Final Level Exams, with a 2-week free trial. Home-screen quizzes stay free at every level.
• Native audio on every question across all four levels — over 240 new recordings
• Redesigned home screen: difficulty, verb and tense sit side by side, so the whole choice fits on one screen
• se débrouiller now covers past and future, not just present
• Impersonal forms ("it is", "it was") added to Beginner
• Dozens of answer keys and answer options corrected across the Intermediate course, with full sentences replacing bare verb forms

### 1.0 — 2026-08-26
