I love this app. I would really like an option to change the color scheme. The font is super tiny for aging eyes and combined with the black background, corrections are nearly impossible to read. Also, I would love to be able to save lists of verbs.

This app is super helpful for practicing verbs and I'm getting better at quickly knowing which verb tense to use in conversation.  That said, I struggle with the font size & would appreciate if you could make it two or three sizes larger. There is plenty of space on the screen & it would make such a difference for those of us with less than perfect vision!  Thanks.

I’m almost fluent minus the verb tenses, which is why I bought this app. But it keeps closing out every time I try to use the option for 10 questions. Disappointing for something I just bought.

I have been using this app for years but have just encountered a few errors. When they ask me to conjugate preterito perfecto it marks it wrong and the write answer is the present perfect which is actually wrong. 

Can someone please fix this. Definitely frustrating.

I have been through Spanish 3, and with no one to speak Spanish with now, this app is the best way I have found to keep up with my skills.  Spanish really comes down to verb conjugation ability.  Once you master that, the rest is easy.

Really learning some verbs with this. Just a beginner and focusing on present tense, started with AR verbs and moving on to ER and IR now. The app makes it easy to select these options.

I was really hoping for great things from this app based on the reviews, but there's one flaw that I, as of this moment can't overcome and that is the wording. So they'll give you a word and ask for, I don't know, the "futuro subjuntivo" of that word. Ok...I have no idea what the futuro subjuntivo is, so now I have to look that up. There needs to be something telling you, "ganar, futuro subjuntivo, means 'i will win'". I can memorize what each tense is, but by my count there are 20 of them! Maybe it's a setting somewhere and I haven't found it yet, but without it it makes the app very hard to use without looking up what each tense means.

I do not understand the mostly positive reviews for this application. I suspect they may have been written by the developer or his/her friends. This application might be useful to an advanced student, but even then, I can't see how. All it does is quiz you on a seemingly random and unrelated list of verb conjugates. If you respond incorrectly, it shows the correct form of the verb for about a millesecond, and then speeds on to the next seemingly random and unrelated verb. There seems to be no way to slow it down; or go back and try again. There is also no reference for the included verbs as part of the application, which means if you are having trouble, you're going to have to have another app to look it up; or have one of the Spanish verb conjugation books open beside you. I wish this app would have had a "lite" version so I could have seen how useless it was before spending 3 bucks. Oh well, this developer is on my "definitely do not buy" list now.

For a start; there is no negative imperative in this app which is a problem because the verbs conjugate differently than positive imperatives.

Also the history in its current state is not as useful as it could possibly be. For example, if I misread or make a typo on the keyboard because my finger slipped, I don't want it to stay in my history. Users should be able to delete individual entries from the history. Not only that; once the history is large enough (10 words) users should be able to make a quiz with those words... Or the incorrect verbs should at least pop up more frequently when we do quizzes and disappear from the history when we get then correct.

I hope the developer is still active and addresses these problems, then I'll happily recommend this app to my classmates.

This app does exactly what I’ve been looking for, letting me set tenses, verbs and pronouns independently of each other, to make custom drills for myself using either written or spoken input. No unnecessary bells or whistles, cartoon characters, etc..

11/16/23 I got this app years ago but I deleted it because I couldn’t pass the grade. I gave up. But I’m still learning, or trying to learn, Spanish on my own. No teacher, just YouTube, books, and apps. I sometimes use Podcasts but I’m not crazy about those because I feel that some of them don’t seem to have a Step-by-Step approach. Now that I am more familiar with Spanish, I want to move forward with learning how to use Spanish verbs. Here’s where this app comes in. I still can’t conjugate very well, but I have decided to try again. I only redownloaded it yesterday, but I’m realizing that I have a lot to learn. Although I have made some progress, this app is showing me what I need to know, which is something that I didn’t realize when I first started using it years ago. An example of this would be conjugating Reflexive Verbs. So that’s where one of my greatest weaknesses is and I’m going to start here. I think this app will be a great help to me, and I want to thank the developers for the availability of this app and the great job they’re doing.

This is a great little app that acts like flash cards to drill you with one of the most difficult aspects of Spanish: the conjugation of verbs. It’s challenging and fun and you can customize it to focus on verbs and/or tenses that are a problem for you. It is a useful pastime when you have an extra 15 minutes. I have it on my iPhone and iPad. I prefer it on iPad because it is easier to see for old eyes. Indispensable if you are taking Spanish.

It’s just what I needed to improve my use of Spanish verbs. I started out scoring 40 - 50%. Now I regularly get 80 - 100%. It would be useful if the developer could add negative imperatives.

This app has improved my Spanish more than any other studying technique. It’s is extremely effective at drilling you on verbs without feeling like you’re actually studying; It feels more like a pastime game. My conjugation skills increased very quickly once I began using it. It also allows customization: you to pick the verbs and which conjugations you want to practice. Then you can add more as you progress in your studies. Buy it and thank me later!

I have tried a few of the most popular game-type Spanish learning apps and found them mostly too easy, but haven’t felt like reading and listening apps were really filling in the gaps in my knowledge. 

I realized the number one thing I struggle with is conjugated verbs: remembering the right one to say in conversation, as well as recognizing the conjugated forms of verbs I know when listening.

This app is helping me fill in that gap and finally start overcoming a plateau I’ve been at for a while now.

My favorite thing about it is how I’m able to customize my study sessions, focusing on whatever tenses, pronouns, and/or verb endings I want, and gradually mixing in more. It’s also fun and addictive! I actually feel drawn to it instead of my social media apps when I open my phone!

I have six weeks to study before a vacation to Mexico, and I’m excited to see how my conversation skills are then, after using this app every day, compared to the last time I was regularly using Spanish!

This is a good way to make sure you are conjugating and spelling the conjugated verb correctly.  I like that I can select the verbs I need to work on.  Really good options for customizing your practice.  I haven’t had any bug issues on my iPhone 8.
