It competes easily with any triple A game! The board is simple. Climb the floors, until you reach the boss. Beast the boss and you are transported to an even harder mountain, to climb! Develop deep, rich strategies. Pick from several characters. Even, secret characters! No PTW, just PTF(pay to fun!) i love this game. I highly recommend it. The artwork, music, enemies and playable characters all look and sound fantastic! Replay ability is 11/10. The variety in characters abilities and cards will keep you coming back. I got this game for my wife on her phone and now she’s better than me at it! Only thing I would added to the game is a ‘hours played’ log. Until you find out that devs really didn‘t put much thought in balancing the card powers. In the end the game it is all about the first weapon you get in the first fight. If the choices out of the 3 weapon cards are bad, there is nearly no chance to win the run. I also found out there are only 3 good weapons and if you don‘t get them the run will just drag on till you go down. The possibilities to maximize the power or minimize the quantity of cards in your deck are also quite underwhelming. Also the other unlockable classes are even more unbalanced. Don‘t get me wrong - i played for some time to write this review (unlocked up to platinum key on first character and unlocked two other characters) just to find out what a waste of time it is. I always was hoping and waiting that maybe something will change in the later game. Zkušenosti, lepší vybavení, prostě něco co mě posune v příštím průchodu dál. ### 4/5 — Great Strategy Game *2024-07-25, version 1.6.3* I was intrigued by this game due to the nice pixel art and similar card playing strategy gameplay to other games like Slay the Spire, but was sceptical of the price. Decided to just go for it and I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve been playing around with this game for a few weeks now and have just unlocked all the characters. Each of them bring a nice challenge to the gameplay (some more challenging then others), each have nicely designed cards exclusive to their character and for some a nice twist to gameplay with their different gimmicks. The pixel art is really nice to look at and the battles are difficult, but rewarding when you get your deck fitted with the right cards. Overall a solid 8/10 game, wish there was more content as I’d love more characters and enemies but as is it’s a nice solid game with a fair price. ### 4/5 — Very good for the £2 👍 *2023-11-30, version 1.4.0* Totally recommend this game! If I could give some feedback it would be to please add trophies 🏆 and more RNG elements (something else to do with the gems after unlocking all characters). ### 4/5 — Very Good, Could Use Fine-Tuning *2023-11-24* This is a legitimately good card game with a lot of build variety, characters to choose from, and items to utilize. I do think the balance of certain characters and cards needs work, like the Blade Caster character and status effect cards, but for $2 this is a very complete package that offers hours of enjoyment. The dev is constantly adding new content and fixing bugs, so I’m very excited to see what they add next. ### 4/5 — Needs better tutorial and voiceover fixes *2023-11-23* I've only played the game for a little while, but I really like it. There are two major things that could be immpruved though: 1. There should be a better tutorial. When I started a new game, it didn't show a tutorial of any kind until I tried ending my turn when I still had mana, before that it just did a little intro dialogue before plopping me onto the map without a word. 2. The voiceover support needs work. I don't know how much can be done about this given the game's using the unity accessibility plugin, but the voiceover curser gets stuck on elements, mainly the card hand or rather a single card in the hand and won't let you move it for a bit. One time I think it also got stuck on my coin balance or something similar, to the point where I had to restart the app to fix it. You have a really cool game here, and I hope these issues can be resolved. ### 5/5 — A surprising accessible game *2026-01-17, version 1.6.3* I downloaded this game, didn’t look at the accessibility note and so didn’t know if it was accessible. It was a relief to discover it was. This game is a good game to play as when I mean to play for a few minutes, I might end up playing for an hour or maybe longer. This game is so addicting as it has multiple great weapons, action cards and food cards to explore. I’m only on the first character and am looking forward to discover what awaits me in Conjury. Thank you. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Excellent mobile roguelite *2025-12-25* This almost unknown gem is a fantastic little deck builder roguelite. It is both simple and deep. It gives you builds right from the go, and allows you to learn their strengths and weaknesses. In my mind it’s the Downwell of deck builder roguelites. In large part this is because of the art style (which is very similar), but also in terms of the amount of content. To be fair Conjury has quite a bit more of the latter than Downwell, but in deck builder terms it’s quite light. Even so, that is only a criticism insomuch as this game is amazing and having more characters, cards, and items would (theoretically) be amazing. Having said that, I think this game works because of, not in spite of, its scope. If you’re a fan of Slay the Spite and/or Balatro do yourself a favor and play this game. 5 stars on Apple, 10/10 in my heart. ### 5/5 — Just for Fun *2025-08-08* Macht Mega viel Spaß wenn man es einmal verstanden hat ! ### 5/5 — Great game, but wish it had better meta-progression. *2025-05-19* I love this game. There are so many different possibilities for builds and synergies, making each run feel unique and dynamic. The accessibility is on point, and I haven’t encountered any issues with my screen reader while playing this. The only problem I have is that you still get the same amount of gems no matter what difficulty you play, so it feels like there’s no real incentive to play at a higher difficulty level. Also, from completing a run, no matter what difficulty you play at, you only get six gems. With each character taking more and more gems to unlock, it just feels like I have to keep playing over and over and over again to the point where it starts to get old. as I said before, the game is dynamic and randomized enough so that I don’t mind playing repeating runs too much, but I wish there was some sort of reward for harder difficulties. ### 5/5 — Don’t pay for games very much? This one is a must. *2025-03-22, version 1.6.3* I checked this gem out on itch.io yesterday. The in-browser demo gave me access to do a full run with the basic character and it was just insanely good. Found out it was released and had to pick it up. Heaps of replayability, nice card management, and robust fighting system. You won’t be disappointed with this one. ### 5/5 — Excelent *2024-12-31, version 1.6.3* I love fighting multiple enemies at once. Reaching the top of the tower is very satisfying. Especially given I've only ever managed to once. But with abit of luck I'll manage it once again. I also love the special events. Feels like a very rich game.
