## What is Connect AI?

Connect allows you - the real estate agent - find matches to your clients and listings in an ever-growing network of peers. Matches are calculated using advanced AI exposing popular and hidden jams in the market. The continuous matching-engine works for you 24/7 and will send notifications as soon as new matches appear - making you the efficient, fast-acting selling-machine you need be. ### 0.2.6 — 2019-08-27

This version has UI improvements and bug fixes added to the major new collaboration abilities rolled out - 

* Share matches with customers
* Emails remove "listing agent" details but retain all important information, including images
* Customers can click in the emails - if they liked the match or not
* You will get automatic notifications when customers click
* Connect will record the customer's preference and match 'more like it' (or less...)
* You will be able to know which listings you sent - a label will show (and you can filter by it)

Major new collaboration abilities - 
* You can now share matches with customers
* Emails strip "other party" details (so you can go non-exclusive with the customer) but have all important information, including images
* Customers can click in the emails - saying if they liked the match or now
* You will get automatic notifications when customer click
* Connect will record the customer's preference and match 'more like it' (or less...)
* You will be able to know which listings you sent - a label will show and you can filter by it

And as usual - the version has UI improvements (for example - the share and star changed location and are clearer now) and bug fixes

New capabilities - 
* In this version you will find the first appearance of the auto-improving mechanism in Connect.
When you click 'Good' and 'Not-Good' on matches - the algorithm will self-update to better match listings to customers. 

* New Townhouse algorithm finds townhouses even when they are not specified as such. This is still in beta so expect some "misfires" but is much better than the alternative - searching for and finding none (or too many listings that have 'view of townhouses'...)

Bug fixes - 
In some cases you received notifications for matches that you already saw in the past. This should not happen anymore.
In the match explaining section - the number of rooms now represent the number of rooms in the matched result - not the interest.
And other 'under the hood' fixes and improvements.

### 0.2.2 — 2019-08-01

You can now -
- Search in matches - use name, address (or part of them) or any other text from the match to locate "that place in 98th street...".
- Filter results - see all unread, all starred and even access the previously archived matches (and unarchive them if you like).

You can search and filter from both the main match screen and from each customer's individual matches tab.

And did you see the keyword highlights?
A useful addition to easily locate where the words you mentioned in customer interests appear in the description of the matched listing.

Bugs eradicated and few more UI tightenings are also included in this version.
