Bad app ever, entered my phone multiltimes and same result.

### 2/5 — Can’t Setup thru App

I got this new device through my medical insurance and the app said start your account here. So I did and then it said can’t find your account. Call tech support. it turns out you *cannot* set up your account through the app, you have to CALL support to start your account.
