Will not connect to device. Customer service is awful as well.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I follow the directions to connect my bp monitor to this app and the screen on the app just stays the same.  Doesn’t upload any data.

Je ne capte pas très bien la 4G chez moi et je peux enfin être bien suivi par mon médecin qui peut récupérer mes données de poids. Bravo Withings !
