A technician even told me openly that “we are on strike because Connect hasn’t paid our salaries”. Why should customers who pay bills on time suffer because of the company’s mismanagement? Instead of resolving the issue, the team keeps lying about “technical upgradation” in my area. This is nothing but negligence, dishonesty, and zero accountability. Recent incident, a lady connected with me over call to pay the bill even when there was almost 5 to 6 days, left to the due date post that she shared the scanner to make the payment to which I paid, and now the payment is not being reflected on the app and there again calling me again and again and texting me to pay the bill to which I connected with one of the lady who called me and explained her that have already made the payment to which she replied, ki Yahan to reflect Nahi Ho rahi Hai, to which I then shared her, the screenshot of the UPI payment to which she replied, I have no idea, and it is not reflecting but then I explained her that the due date is in three days and post that I’ll be charged the late fee to which she replied that. Don’t worry. Once you charged the late fee.
