I just pull up the website on my phone instead because it actually works ### 2/5 — Never loads *2023-10-18* This is my only review I’ve ever made. I rely on the bus system to get to campus and google and Apple Maps have a more reliable bus route than this does. It never loads, especially if I’m not on WiFi, and makes it impossible to know when a bus is coming. Literally will be there one minute then gone the next. So I waste a lot of time waiting at the bus stop trying to guess when they’re going to come because they are never on schedule. When the maps and bus locations work, it’s great - but some days the whole things just freezes, and I can’t get it to show anything. ### 3/5 — Great app but sometimes doesn’t stop loading *2023-02-09* I’ve been using the app for months now, and I use it almost daily. The more I use it, the more I encounter these loading glitches. I just see the logo and the tabs being loaded. Even after waiting it out sometimes it just doesn’t load unless you check again after an hour or two which is very inconvenient. ### 3/5 — This app has more than the last one, BUT NEVER LOADS FOR ME *2023-01-18* I use this app multiple times a day, and I had to download the old one (which is so hard to read), just because the app never loads. Today I had my phone open on the app for 30 minutes, and after swiping it out and re-opening it, it still hasn’t loaded. I’ve missed many buses because of this small issue. The other app loads, but doesn’t show clear routes or arrival times. If you could fix this for me, that would be so helpful!! ### 3/5 — When it works… *2023-01-18* When it works, it does alright. Currently won’t load for me or others. Lots of bugs and easy fixes could make this app (and the bus system) more usable.
