Sometimes the app crashes over and over and I can’t even get to my messages. Sometimes I send multiple messages that my guests don’t even end up receiving. And it goes both ways. Sometimes my guests tell me that they’ve sent messages that I did not end up receiving. App glitches a lot. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work. AT ALL! *2026-06-03, version 1.2.3* I use this app for a month not one text went through and could not get a refund. Don’t waste your money or your time. I love their main app. It’s great but @Vagaro seriously fix this! ### 1/5 — Notifications don’t work *2026-05-25* I am upset with the experience I’ve had thus far. I have missed client message time and time again and I can’t find a solution. Everything is toggled on properly and still no notifications. Not only do the notifications not reliably come through with clients, but if your clients have your old number AND Vagaro number saved, it won’t come through at all. IT cannot help with this as it doesn’t even show up on their side. So it’s as if it didn’t happen and there’s no solutions. Additionally, if someone texts you and their phone number isn’t already a client contact in your system, the text won’t go through at all. So it’s trying to be a cell phone service but it’s barely even working. Don’t waste your time switching your clients as I did. **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing this detailed feedback. I need to love this because I need to be able to use this app/feature, so does my growing team. But when I ran into another issue with video proof they did not take into consideration and only blamed it on cellphone carriers. I rarely get notifications for messages. Recently I’ve had messages not even go through or get sent out of order, causing confusion for clients. I’m going to drop the service soon but now even that is creating a new project to switch to a new phone number. Instead, it was something that was offered up and no option to not use. It’s frustrating to use because it will auto close out or glitch when going back and forth with clients. I’ve had too many issues in the past with employees using personal devices to contact clients. I’ve added this way of communication to our confidentiality agreement. I feel it keeps everything professional and no lines are crossed. I only wish it wasn’t so costly. It’s about half my actual monthly expense from Vagaro.
