Changes in how many rooms are available and open are much more clear now... ### 5/5 — Significantly improved *2024-09-25* The Ingo app has improved significantly over time, bringing a host of new features that make it much easier to make changes on the go. The user experience is now smoother, and it's become a go-to tool for quick mobile updates. I'm excited to see what features they add next to enhance the experience even further!" ### 5/5 — Update for IOS Lock Screen *2022-09-26* Kindly update the app for the IOS 16 Lock Screen widget where it’s easy to see the arrival and departure or revenue of the day, rooms booked today, or occupancy for next 7 days. Stuff like that will make it more useful. Importantly I am struggling to reach partner care team with some issue with onboarding but I can find a number to call to. Many more issues. Onboarding experience is poorly designed . ### 1/5 — Bad App Management *2024-04-26* The App never shows bookings ..There is no booking confirmation notification or WhatsApp confirmation . Only mail comes .You cannot chat with your guests , you cannot message them .Theh cannot wrote to you .I am not sure if they get our number to get in touch with us . Guests land up at the property without intimation within few hours of booking . It is difficult God is to work without getting notification of the booking . ### 1/5 — Worst service & waste of time *2024-02-20* I tired listing my 3 property on their website and after spending hours trying to list it there was an error with Aadhaar card authentication so I submitted my driving license. And now I’m receiving updates that the listing cannot go live without Aadhaar authentication and that I need to redo the entire process. What a waste of time. Previously the authentication process was completed for my pervious listing but then there were hardly any queries and no booking confirmation. They don’t even give any notification when there is a query. Its really irritating. Worst service. ### 1/5 — A terrible experience dealing with ingommt *2023-08-25* The App is a complete useless. I have been trying to publish my property and partner with the goibibo and make my trip but there has been no response from the mail ids mentioned. I later figured, the mail ids are incorrect mentioned on this app. Not only did it waste my time but it was a useless effort to partner with them. There is no customer care number where i can even contact them for help or to solve my small query of unable to publish the property. ### 2/5 — No notifications for new booking *2017-10-10* This app is good but only limited to confirmation of booking. The app shows no notifications when a new booking is made. Also, tax to be collected from guest is not shown, EP or CP plan is also not shown. It can be a very great app if these points are implemented.
