I have deleted and reinstalled it several times with no success. Not amused! ### 1/5 — Great Idea but poor execution *2022-02-27, version 1.5.1* I like the idea of an app to connect to local events, deals, and hotspots. However, the app crashes immediately after sign in. Uninstalling and restarting device does not help. There is also no way to report an issue with the app through the App Store. ### 1/5 — Crash *2022-02-22, version 1.5.1* This is the third time I have downloaded this app and it has never worked. It installs, when I try to go into the app it crashes. You’re better off with deals from AAA to Verizon to City Beat. The user interface is garbage. As others have noted, you attempt to open something like sweepstakes (and seriously, who uses a word like sweepstakes?) and it crashes the app or pushes you back to a landing page? Be warned! Once you enter any personal info, expect the email you used to get spammed with offers from Cincinnati Bell! Best advice? If you want something for free? This isn’t the app to find it! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work for me any longer. *2019-06-11, version 1.4.1* When I launch the app it shows sweepstakes for a moment then goes to a swipe screen that shows the things the app does but doesn’t allow me to actually use any features. I gave attempted to login through FB but it still fails to respond. ### 1/5 — Log In Buffering After Entering Email Address *2019-03-03, version 1.3.5* I tried to enter the email address linked to my account, to get into the app and upon pressing Sign In, it continues to just buffer and doesn’t sign in at all. If someone could please reach out and help with this. I know there are more events going on, use this to try to find details. No luck to details or to place. Cincinnati connect contacted the place and they apologized and honored it next time I went. Gave 3 stars since Cincinnati Connect helped correct it. Cincinnati Bell PRETENDS to have an at least halfway decent wifi on this app, but they don't! It's HORRIBLE! It's a gimmick, sort of like a "bait and switch", they catch people with the so-called free wifi, but it's a gimmick, as their intention is to get you to look at the ads of the businesses on this app. How can I be all over Smale Park along the river, all over The Banks, all over in between PBS and the GABP, yet I can't get wifi at all? I'm deleting this app, if this is the best that Cincy Bell can do for wifi, a form of communication, how in the heck can you rely on Cincy Bell for any form of communication? And that's the business that they are in! Sad that the city doesn't have a decent citywide app, maybe one of the big national companies can come in soon and do a proper job! ### 1/5 — Bait and Switch? *2016-06-16, version 1.2* I downloaded this app to get details on and access to free wifi. After looking around for 10 minutes I see nothing about wifi at all, just details about events and offers and crap I'll never use. Either this is a giant bait and switch or the app hides what the radio ads act like is the main purpose.
