It was working well previously but all of the sudden it stoped being able to connect to my work portal (web) and download/capture my roster. I’ve raised a help IT ticket but haven’t had a reply (crickets). I’ve also raised tickets on other things previously within this app and their other logbook app but never received a email rely from support.
