It was working well previously but all of the sudden it stoped being able to connect to my work portal (web) and download/capture my roster. I’ve raised a help IT ticket but haven’t had a reply (crickets). I’ve also raised tickets on other things previously within this app and their other logbook app but never received a email rely from support. Hopefully I receive a reply soon and can remove this review. ### 1/5 — It used to be good. The interface with our rostering and EFB systems is well designed and presents both great value in terms of cost for the app and utility for the crew members.
