## What is Connect EVV?

Connect EVV™ is a mobile app that allows home health clinicians to verify EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) and record the location of visit start and end times. Additional features enable the user to call the patient directly and utilize GPS directions in real-time.  This app is solely compatible with the EMR software, HCS Connect™ and should only be downloaded by users of ConnectMobile™ and MobileView™.  To satisfy the 21st Century Cures Act requirement, this app will only record a caregiver’s location when they clock-in and clock-out.

### 2.7 — 2026-08-21

This release improves how the app behaves when your signal comes
and goes. If you opened the app with no service and then got back
online, it could keep failing to load your schedule until you
restarted it — that's fixed, and it now reconnects on its own.

Also fixes an occasional crash when signing in, and improves the
diagnostic information support can see when you report a problem.

### 2.6 — 2026-08-20

• The app now confirms when a visit has been saved but not yet sent, and sends it automatically once you're back online.
• Faster response when saving on a weak signal.
• Fixed the schedule not loading on a new install with no signal.
• Behind-the-scenes reliability and diagnostic improvements.

### 2.5 — 2026-08-19

Fixed an issue where a visit could record the same time for both the start and
the stop. Visit times now come from the device clock at the moment you tap Start
or Stop, so they no longer depend on the GPS signal.

Fixed the visit list showing an incorrect start time and a blank stop time when
the app was used offline.
