Key word is when! I delete and redownload and it still doesn’t work! ### 1/5 — Sign In Mess *2025-10-04, version 4.2.1* I swear if I had a nickel for every time I tried to sign in after the app singed me fully out and it told me that they were having issues I’d be making more than my current job. This app and bank is a complete joke, their helpline is horrible with wait times estimated around 15 minutes when in actuality it’s more or less half an hour to a few business days. I just love how when I need to check my balance and manage my funds they decide to precisely make sure you can’t and put more struggles on your plate and expect you to wait ridiculous wait times in return for horrible service. I believe from this bank alone negative star reviews should be made -5 stars right here ### 1/5 — Awful customer service/support *2025-09-13, version 4.2.1* Been put on hold for over 30+ minutes, told them to call me back and never got a call back. Nothing is seamless, debit cards don’t work even after the 3rd iteration, accounts are routinely hacked, customer service is in broken English, I pulled all my money out of there. Even better, when I log i through online banking, I now see that I’m being charged fees for my ‘no fees for me’ account. Definitely lost a customer of 15 years. Having said that I gotta tell you that your banking regarding Servus is a mess. To quickly cover what I mean. I wanted a first calgary Visa card. Was told they don’t have one but i could chance over to a Mastercard. I did so, but it doesn’t somehow connect to First Calgary. Although Servus has taken over , they are keeping them separate so my Visa card also another separate step to consider. Make it more streamlined, user friendly, and focus on keeping everything within the app. Update: the reply seems to work ### 4/5 — Good app *2023-03-10, version 2.3.1* Some people are exaggerating on their experience I find because the issues some people have mentioned I was able to quickly resolve by either calling CS or deleting the app and reinstalling which takes seconds. No reason to make a mountain of a complaint over them. I haven’t seen those issues to be bothersome for me because it didn’t take long to resolve and life never always goes perfectly smooth. Technical issues always occur and is to be expected. We all should know this living in such a technological world. People have such a short fuse for patience nowadays. It’s crazy. Anyway I am happy with it. There was some changes made that I found had less of an organic flow for my usage but I easily adjusted and now knowing how to navigate it well. ### 3/5 — Update location pop up *2025-08-29, version 4.2.1* Please update the location sharing pop up. I have sharing my location for the app turned off, yet every single time I try to log in it asks me if I want to share my location. Why???
