I recommend it get two thumbs up and five stars ### 5/5 — Simple to use *2014-10-13* Since I'm constantly on the go this allows me to write and send off a letter or pictures with very little effort. Upon asking for support Karen Massey emailed me twice asking me to resend the information. I never got a response from her. It's better to just go through regular mail. Not one star from me. And I keep getting emails asking for my card information and email address BBB needs to be contacted asap ### 1/5 — No photos *2015-04-21, version 1.3* Several Times I have sent photos and they were never received attempted to contact customer service to know avail. I suggest you use another photo service because your family member will be sitting on the other end of the line waiting for the photos that will never arrive. Better believe they will charge your credit card though... ### 2/5 — Slowwwwwwwww *2018-09-04* If you want your loved ones to wait 2 weeks or more for their mail, then this is the perfect app to use. Not only are they slow, they are very expensive. I don’t have the time to write and print out pics. I have been using this as an backup app. Jail mail is now gone and was way faster. If he does I will use this app every month and refer people. I hate writing and it's so convenient to be able to type a letter & send 2 pics from my iPhone. It's also very affordable. He say the pictures are big but the quality is great and it takes a lil while to get to them but all and all its really good ... I was under the influence in my room and my dad just told me that you have no idea what to wear. The fact that the government of the best thing ever when the first half. I'm not sure what I want a relationship with my mom. The inmate received my letter and my picture that I sent them through this app. App sent me a copy to my email alerting me of the dat the letter was sent. Type the letter on your phone and press send. Only thing I would ask for is the option to send money to your loved one through the app, that would be perfect. I've only had one problem where I've sent 5 pictures and my man didn't get them but I wrote them about it and it took a few days but they always respond, the re-sent the pictures to him and reimbursed me my money.
