### 1/5 — Inefficient, cumbersome, pretty much just use the airline app

Quite literally the worst travel app I’ve ever used. Not practical. Having to log into the airline’s account defeats the purpose and it doesn’t work. Extreme waste of my time and I rarely leave reviews. Just went to the airline app and it worked. No value add in using this app. App has been deleted. Figure out the process, reduce waste, and figure out how it provides value besides headaches. Showing me my hotel or my rental still doesn’t save time. Hate to be harsh but it’s the reality of what I just experienced. Time is money and I just lost focus on making it with this app. Good luck in making improvements. Maybe invest in a quality / six sigma consultant that fix issues and makes improvements because clearly it provides zero value…

### 2/5 — Be prepared for 5 am notifications

I’ve had this app for ONE trip. Someone sneezes in Antarctica and you get a new notification. 

Please help me understand why it’s important to be notified of baggage claim changes 12+ hours in advance of arrival?! Especially since I checked in with no baggage (checked in with this app). To say the notifications are ridiculous would be an understatement. 

The app is buggy too. I have to close it out to reset the notifications that I deleted. I was also prompted through the app to answer whether I liked the app or not. I chose not and it glitched. Lol

Could be a fantastic app but there’s a lot to figure out.

App quits if you select “I don’t like it” and want to give feedback. So - like it or else.

App often fails to sync with actual trips. 

Mobile chat feature has never responded. Must call. 

I trust they’ll get it right. But the app needs some serious attention.
