Now it says “service not available”. Need to reset password almost every time. Trash app. Developer needs to change line of work. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-11-14* The app is useless. Can’t even submit a service request. All you can do is pay your invoice. The HOA itself is useless. I get through all the BS and an error says “We are currently experiencing technical difficulties”. Doesnt work at all!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t even login *2026-03-12, version 1.1.9* Regardless of whether I try to use First Service’s app, website or QR code that links me to a website, I am never able to login. The company is certainly behind the times on technology. I just bought a house in August and it’s like prying teeth to get information, even stickers for my car windshield to open the gate! I hope I’m not breaking any rules because I have been unable to obtain the rules and regulations too. Extremely frustrating! ### 1/5 — Unhelpful Support Experience *2025-12-11, version 1.1.9* I couldn’t finish the registration and called support. Could you change the keyboard type to improve this entry?
