## What is Connect SDARM?

Connect SDARM is the official app of the Seventh day Adventist Reform Movement Church. It brings together what your week of faith asks for: the Word, study, praise and the life of your church.

THE BIBLE, YOUR WAY
Eight versions in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Mark verses, write notes and search a word across all books at once. The verse of the day arrives in the morning, and what you marked stays there — even offline.

THE SABBATH SCHOOL LESSON
Each day's lesson, for adults and teens, in three languages. Highlight a passage, write your comment and answer the questions: your answer is saved even with a weak signal and uploads on its own when the network returns. The Journey badges follow your walk — attendance, streak and achievements — and the card is ready to share with your class.

THE WHOLE HYMNAL
Over 600 hymns, with lyrics, sheet music and audio. Several hymnals, with language switching. And presentation mode, which projects the hymn on the church screen with the brand typography — made for whoever leads the praise.

YOUR CHURCH, CLOSE BY
Saturday worship with times and order of service. The events calendar of your unit, your union and all of Brazil, with registration and tickets. The movement's news. Your church's notices. And the prayer request wall, where the community prays together.

COURSES AND LIBRARY
Training courses with lessons, materials, quizzes in four formats, flashcards and a certificate on completion. The library brings books, the morning and sunset meditations and published articles — all available offline after the first read.

THE SABBATH AT YOUR PACE
On Friday, the countdown to sunset in your city. At the end of the Sabbath, the closing blessing. And the Happy Sabbath card, ready to send to someone you love.

MEMBER CARD AND GIVING
Your digital member card, which also goes to Apple Wallet. And tithes and offerings delivered to your unit, with a receipt.

MADE FOR EVERYONE
Portuguese, Spanish and English. Dark mode. Works in landscape, on iPhone and iPad. Respects the system's large font and screen readers.

To use it, you must be a registered member — access is with your CPF. If your church is not yet in the app, contact your unit's secretary.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.12.0 — 2026-10-28

Bible reading plans are here, starting with Women United in the Word: two years through the whole Bible from January 1, 2027, produced by the Women's Ministries Department (Brazil).

• Today's reading in one tap: the app opens the Bible at the right chapter and marks the day when you finish.
• Read, Research, Reflect and Live: write what you learned in a private journal and close each month with three questions.
• An introduction to every book of the Bible, a monthly quiz and a daily reminder at the time you choose.
• Read in a group: invite by link or QR code, even people who don't have the app yet.
• My garden: every reading earns seeds, and every finished book becomes a flower. Leaderboards by country and worldwide, and you can opt out.
• Share "what I learned today" on a beautiful card.
• Badges, a completion certificate and a year in review.
• Music: watch the video, comment and save your favorites.
• Today's reading works offline, and what you mark syncs when you're back online.

### 1.10.0 — 2026-10-23

Daily Lesson commentary, now also in audio. Review quiz in every lesson. Historical archive in the Library with past editions of the Lesson, the Reformation Herald and the Youth Messenger. Member card with the official data from the Secretariat. Church music with lyrics and sheet music in the app. My stories. Improvements and fixes.

### 1.9.0 — 2026-10-10

What's new in 1.9.0:
• A prayer wall for the whole movement: see requests from every church and tap "Pray". The person who asked is notified that someone prayed for them.
• Highlight the Lesson your way: color, marker or underline, and a note, all saved to your account.
• The Lesson in 4 languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish and French): switch without losing your day, progress or answers.
• Fixes to highlighting, the Prayer screen and the update notice.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-10-03

In chat, photos open right away. The image that used to load forever no longer stalls — including the ones already sent. While it arrives there is a place held for it; tap to see it full screen; and if it does not arrive, the bubble says so and one tap tries again.

And now you can send video. The attach button offers video, from the camera or the gallery. The bubble shows the cover with a play button, and the video opens full screen. If the file is too large, the app says so before uploading — with its size and the limit.

On Wednesday, the home screen remembers the prayer meeting, with a way to leave your request — and when evening begins the card changes tone. On other days it does not appear.

On Android, audio plays again: hymnal, spoken Bible and Library audio. The app used to blame your connection, and it was not that.

Finishing the lessons completes the course. The summary shows, step by step, what is still missing for the certificate: "the module 2 assessment is missing", with the button to answer right there. Your certificates live in your profile, with the verification code to copy and the public link for whoever you want to check it.

Cards come back on the right day. The catalogue says how many are waiting for you today and takes you to the deck where they are, the module button says "Review 7" instead of "Flashcards (87)", and the study reminder now speaks of courses too.

The course quiz was rebuilt. One question per screen, one tap to answer, and the explanation appears right there. At the end comes the score, the points you earned and the list of what is worth reviewing — with the Bible reference for each question that got away.

Now you link your own member card: enter the number on the printed credential and your date of birth, and it connects to your record at once. It turns over to the back, in your department's colour, and says what is still missing.

Courses and Sabbath School do not stop without internet. A completed lesson, a quiz answer and the class roll call are kept on the device and upload on their own when the network returns — always saying where they are.

You choose what the app notifies, type by type. The Library follows your language, the Lesson gained search, and the hymnal reached ten languages.

The app began counting which areas are opened and for how long, so we can care for what people actually use. Never what you read, write or search, and never your name. Anyone who prefers turns it off in Profile › Settings › Privacy.

Fixes: in dark mode, a web address inside a received message was nearly invisible; a file the app could not display no longer arrives as a blank message; the link to a shared lesson now opens that course; the Wallet buttons on the member card work again; the hymnal scrolls to the last hymn again; and tapping a notice takes you to what it announces.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-09-05
