Your app is not working properly. I can’t respond to the agent very frustrating it would be a lot easier by telephone.

The app has potential if it was designed properly, there’s just no smooth flow in it at all. You’re supposed to be able to confirm appointments on it but when I try to it starts a live chat and have been unable to confirm my appointment. Completely defeating the purpose of the app. Loading times of pages are slow and glitchy, FAQs page there is no order or structure to each area (some of them were also missing data). The waiting times again could have potential if the filters worked. Both the waiting times and FAQ pages could have a better way of structuring by department, someone’s clearly just fired in a bunch of medical terms and didn’t think about maybe doing alphabetical order or maybe even by most common procedure. Good concept but you need to think more about the end user and have a better testing phase for this app because it feels nowhere near ready to be on the market.

I have frankly never used a worse messaging app. In healthcare this is a joke and i don’t understand how this could ever cater to any accessibility requirements. The app randomly zooms on iPhone on launch of the keyboard or scroll through messages. Being involved in app development I don’t even understand how this could be so bad.
