When I contacted support they said it was Apple’s fault. ### 3/5 — Blank Screen *2026-03-14, version 2.3* Suddenly having issue in evening when setting alarm. I open app and only get blank screen. The app has shown off-line for several months now and there’s nothing I can do to fix it. Even when it worked, it was terrible. Updates come out so infrequently (years apart) that I’m sure it’s very vulnerable to hackers. Please advise if it is a phone setting or app issue? Screen notification rarely works so walk into building setting off the alarm. Just happened to me 3 minutes after opening the alarm. Buttons at top cannot be pressed as they are behind time and battery button on iPhone. Also not able to change password or name of alarm device.
