Je suis sur IPhone, et depuis la dernière mise à jour, la notification sur écran verrouillé apparaît ainsi: Connect Alarm Alias:maison centrale: xxxxxxxxxxxxx Type d’événement: Armer-désarmer Partition: HABITATION Utilisateur: xxx Description: ouverture utilisateur Avant il n’y avait pas l’alias!!! Cela rajoute une ligne! Les infos les plus importantes sont: L’utilisateur et la description!! C’est à dire: qui arrive ou part (j’ai 7 télécommandes) Or cela n’apparaît pas car la notification n’a que 4 lignes! Quel intérêt de toujours faire apparaître l’alias, la partition, la centrale en premier!… c’est toujours les mêmes infos vu que c’est mon alarme! Donc la demande est: Pouvoir mettre les lignes utilisateur et description en premières lignes des notifications! Sinon je dois déverrouiller mon téléphone, rentrer dans l’appli pour juste savoir qui arrive ou part de chez moi, cela n’a pas de sens!! Please contact them. ### 1/5 — ConnectAlarm ne se connecte pas ou alors quand elle veut *2022-05-16* C'est toujours quasi impossible de se connecter : on tape sur le bouton "TAPEZ POUR CONNEXION" puis l'application affiche "ENVOYER UN SMS DE RÉVEIL". On envoie ce sms et le bouton bascule sur "CONNEXION...". Et ensuite ? Eh bien le bouton revient sur "TAPEZ POUR CONNEXION" après quelques minutes et c'est tout. Et la connexion n'arrive pas. Bref cette application fonctionne très mal depuis le début. Auparavant on avait l'application Visonicgo qui marchait très bien : mais de nos jours on adore remplacer ce qui marche très bien par du nouveau qui ne fonctionne pas : posez-vous la question de savoir si le marteau de votre grand-père est encore capable de bien planter des clous ? My principal concern is that the remote connection to the alarm is random and so presents a lack of reliability : but reliability is a main criteria for an alarm system ! I already faced with a false alarm and received the alarm sms. But from that it has been impossible to connect to my alarm system to check through the cameras if something was really wrong or not. You can easily understand that this not acceptable nor comfortable. SMS wake-up is a feature that provides the ability to connect the GPRS panel to the server when you need it. It's not relevant to the application. To connect faster to panel, panel should be connected via Ethernet.
