## What is connectDR?

本アプリは通信型ドライブレコーダー専用アプリです。
本アプリを使用する事で、以下の機能を使用する事ができます。

▶駐車時に異常を検知し録画が開始された事をユーザーへ通知する。
　駐車後異常を検知した際に録画を開始、クラウドへ録画データを転送し同時にアプリへ通知を行います。

▶通知を受けた際、録画された動画と画像を確認する。
　通知をタップするとアプリ画面から動画の確認が行えます。

▶動画の保存
　クラウドに保存された動画をデバイスに保存できます。

▶通信設定
　ドライブレコーダーからクラウドへの通信設定をこちらのアプリ上で行います。

▶ドライブレコーダーの登録
　アプリに対応したドライブレコーダーの登録をこちらのアプリ上で行います。

▶契約プランの更新・変更
　サービスの利用にはプランの購入が必要となります。

 ●プランの種類
　DVR1台プラン　300円/月
　DVR2台プラン 　580円/月

●機種変更時のサブスクリプション復元
　サブスクリプション契約時と同じAppleIDを使用し新機種にて本アプリをインストールします。
　アプリ画面の左上部にある「設定」アイコンをタップし設定画面を開きます。
　アプリ内課金の項目から「サブスクリプションの管理」をタップし、続いて次の画面に現れる「サブスクリプションを復元」をタップして復元を行います。

 ●確認と解約 
　iPhoneの「設定」を選択—> 「Apple ID」を選択—> サブスクリプションの中から「connectDR」を選択。
　こ の画面から次回の自動更新タイミングの確認や、自動更新の解除/設定ができます。

●自動継続課金について 
　期間終了日の前日迄に自動更新の解除をされない場合、契約期間が自動更新されます。
　なお自動更新の課金は契約期間の終了後24時間以内に行われます。

●注意点 
　サブスクリプション契約で課金された方は上記以外の方法での解約はできません 。
　また、サブスクリプション契約期間中の解約による返金は行えません。

【使用上の注意】
・ドライブレコーダーが通信を行う上でデータSIMが必要となります。
　※データSIMを用いず、ご自宅のWi-Fiを利用して通信を行う事も可能です。ご自宅のWi-Fi環境でのみご利用の場合SIMは不要となります。

### 5/5 — アプリからレコーダーを削除後再登録で、てこずりました

タイトルにあるように、登録済みのれこーだの定義を削除した後、再度登録しようとしても登録してできないトラブルがありました。サポートに連絡すると、ドラレコ側にアプリとの連携情報が残っているので、再連携する際は、ドラレコ側を工場出荷状態に初期化する必要があるとの事で、そのようにやって、再登録をやったら手順通りできました。
アプリの説明ページの機種変更時の手順と同様の流れでよれば良いという事がわかりました。サポートの方に教えていただき、助かりました。

私のように、一度登録して削除後、再登録する人は多いはずです。同じトラブルが起きた方が、この書き込みをヒントとしてトラブル回避できればと思い投稿しました。

when connecting to the video recorder it said is connected and the network connection is already complete. but when opening the app again to register the recorder for a subscription plan, it said there is no recorder. I already subscribed for a monthly plan. what a waste of time!

ドラレコ登録を削除したのに、登録情報として残っていて、新しく登録もできなければ変更もできない。削除したドラレコの登録は残っているからか、同じドラレコの再登録出来なくて、ドラレコ一覧にも表示できず。操作方法が一切分からず。
