I originally signed up expecting to pay around $23 per month, but I was unexpectedly charged $102 for the Operations Hub Expert Plan, which is listed at $119/month. I never intentionally upgraded to the Expert Plan and was shocked to see such a large charge. I contacted support immediately to request a full refund and cancellation. Customers should be very careful and check their subscription and billing details closely. A jump from around $23 to over $100 per month without me knowingly making that change is extremely frustrating. ### 5/5 — A Generous App! *2026-08-15, version 9.1.14* This is the best app I’ve ever seen for what it does and in general, it is smooth operational. It is beautiful. It is easiest. It is amazing and I’m surely grateful to the developers for allowing you access to every single feature for free for up to 10 users that itself is a miracle to all small businesses and such a great support for the community. There is no need to check my location when I’m not clocked in.
