Handy that you can have the app on your phone and computer too for rescheduling on the go! My grievance comes with the MacBook version of this app. Don’t offer a download option for Mac if you are only going to give a phone screen application sized view. The iPad version is wonky as well and only shows in one orientation. No wide screen option. I pay over 1k a year for this platform. I wouldn’t have had I known of these issues. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Claim *2026-08-23, version 9.1.14* I’m very disappointed with my experience with Connecteam. I originally signed up expecting to pay around $23 per month, but I was unexpectedly charged $102 for the Operations Hub Expert Plan, which is listed at $119/month. I never intentionally upgraded to the Expert Plan and was shocked to see such a large charge. I contacted support immediately to request a full refund and cancellation. Customers should be very careful and check their subscription and billing details closely. A jump from around $23 to over $100 per month without me knowingly making that change is extremely frustrating. ### 1/5 — Invasive *2026-08-12, version 9.1.13* They require you to have location on at all times, they say they only track when you’re clocked in, my apple tracking showed me tracks me at home as well. If you turn your location settings to “while using” it won’t allow you to use the app… ### 1/5 — Gathering location data when not needed *2026-08-10, version 9.1.13* Connect teams recently changed their requirements to always allow the app to collect location data, and multiple times during on Sunday after not working the weekend, my phone has let me know that connect teams has checked my location up to 21 times over the weekend when I have not been working. There is no need to check my location when I’m not clocked in. And they do not allow you to clock in unless you have given them permission to use your location at all times ### 1/5 — They don’t screen companies! Scam alert! *2026-07-25, version 9.1.12* I was contacted by a company that I was hired and they used this app for onboarding. There were multiple people that were in the same virtual chat. They collected everyone’s social security numbers and bank account information for “Payment” Almost two months later they have given two updates saying they are processing our information, please be patient. I sent a message in the group chat that I thought they were a scam. 2 minutes later I was locked out of the app. I can’t get in and when I try to log in the app says my number and email are not in the system. I’m now going to have to go through the trouble of contacting multiple authorities. I’m am livid and extremely nervous about my bank account and am going to have to change it. Thanks a lot connect team for your garbage app and business practices. I am also contacting attorneys to see my rights here ### 1/5 — Notifications does not work with T-Mobile iPhone or watch *2026-07-17, version 9.1.12* It needs to be updated, since your update last year I no longer receive the notifications. Please fix because it is not fair that others get notifications but my watch does not. Whoever coded this must have the weekends off because some of us still have to work on a Sunday. No i cannot submit my timesheet while i’m still actively clocked in and working. It’s the most annoying thing on the planet. I know I have to submit my time sheet stop telling me!! It is 12pm, the day has started and so has my time at work.
