Then, when I enter the password, the lock/unlock feature is not available. It makes it simple to keep track throughout the month. ### 5/5 — Love the lock feature *2026-07-17, version 2.4.0* I really enjoy the fact that I can lock the card since some scammers somehow got my card number and stole all of my benefits without my card or pin. When I went to the county office they told me that there was nothing they could do except to get me a new card. My funds were good as gone and never coming back since trump decided they would no longer refund stolen benefits. The only useful information I got from the county was to use this app and lock the card when you’re not using it. That way no one can steal my benefits again. Why can’t scammers go steal from the rich and not a single mom struggling to make ends meet in today’s economy?! I call them scummers! I hadn’t logged in for over 24 hours. I presume there’s a problem with the app. ### 1/5 — Actually a negative star rating! It refuses to work! *2026-08-08, version 2.4.0* I got a new card with a chip. It insists I get this app to activate it. When it gets to the screen to choose a pin it won’t let you get to the orange ‘continue’ at the bottom of the screen. I’ve tried logging out and back in MANY times. Deleted app and reinstalled & it still won’t work. Won’t let you get to a real person to handle issue at the customer service number. It isn’t even a choice of prompts on that number. My old card is going to stop working and I can’t get my new one activated. I had this app when it originally came out and I deleted it back then because it was always glitching up or having false info. Years later and I’m back on it, and it’s just as messed up or worse. My banks make apps that work, games make apps that work… why does a system being paid to handle our sensitive info, handle important card activations & transactions…not ever get it working correctly?! If you’re going to run the cards like a debit/credit card, then provide an ACTUAL customer service number with a LIVE person to handle technical issues with a system that never reliably works as it’s supposed to! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-31, version 2.4.0* Can’t even get past entering my information to create an account. It’s so glitchy that sometimes I cannot access my snap while shopping. They advise to lock the card but if you can unlock it while shopping, what good is it. When you have to change your password every 90 days, you can’t scroll to the submit button The screw is just stuck and the button is behind your keyboard that can’t be exited. I always have to go on the website to change it. All this happened while I was at the store so it was too much to do and I couldn’t use my funds.
