However, the blinding white when I open it is distracting. It needs iOS 13 dark mode support like the Portals of Prayer app recently received. ### 4/5 — Font size is TOO Small *2019-04-26* Love the app, but my aging eyes find it hard to read. Please allow the reader to change the font size. I prefer to read it, rather than listen. Thank you! ### 4/5 — Today tab is very frustrating *2018-08-20* I make an honest effort to do the daily devotional in this app every single day, but oftentimes it doesn’t happen until I’m in bed. More often than not, the today tab is already showing the next days devotion. I would understand if it was doing this after midnight, but it shouldn’t be switched over already at 11:15. I don’t know when they do appear because I can’t be going back to check every couple of hours or days. ### 1/5 — Fix Font Control & Sideways Viewing *2019-01-28* I like the devotional stories. However, font control must be folded into the app. I can pinch font bigger but unable to turn phone sideways to increase font size. Also, with many internet sites i can dbl tap screen & font will fill screen so a whole line can be read. Fix this app to do that and my rating will skyrocket! ### 2/5 — weekly sermon rarely works the morning of issue *2023-11-12* I used to be a weekly listener of the Lutheran hour, but ever since it moved to this app, the morning sermon rarely works before 8 AM Eastern. Today, after the latest iOS update, this app opens to the printed version, but wouldn't load the audible feature until one went to what appears to be the former browser audio, then the written version is hidden. Annoying, please fix. ### 3/5 — Nice, please... *2016-03-16* Nice solid devos most all of the time. I have two suggestions if I may. Please, please remove the upper banner inside the devotional area. On an iPhone 6+ it's difficult, at best, to read the text on top of the image. At worst it is a garbled waste of space. Sorry that's so blunt. The other suggestion is to please allow a person to increase the font size. However, the Facebook and Twitter sharing feature has a glitch. Once you share, you cannot return to the day's devotion without closing the app and restarting. ### 4/5 — Nice Simple Devotional App *2021-09-29* This is an easy, quick way to get to the Lutheran Hour daily devotion.
