It’s just cycling through “Something went wrong” and “There is already an account with these credentials”. Support at Connected Caregiver was able to get the app reset on my phone but now I’m going through the same hassle trying to get it on my husbands phone. It lets me add another caregiver who will receive alerts on a cellphone. But I have no idea how to set up alerts for Hospice since they are not using a cellphone. I wish it was more intuitive. ### 1/5 — No customer service *2024-08-19* Called customer service three times, was put on hold each time and hung up on within 2-3 minutes. ### 2/5 — Not impressed *2024-07-18* Not tracking anything at all. I’ve had to call in and have sent texts trying to get my sister added and she’s still not added to the care team for our dad. The first time we tested the button someone answered at the 4th beep. The second time when I was showing him, it was several beeps/seconds before anyone picked up his call and then I had a hard time hearing them. I hope this works out, will give it a little more time & see ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2024-07-10* Very hard to edit users and various other’s issues. It won’t let me add an email for my dad who I’m caring for and it won’t let me between multiple profiles of the people I’m caring for. Frustrating ### 1/5 — Total frustration! *2024-04-29* Purchased pillbox Feb 23 then immediately bought the app. Still not working. Attempts to set up med schedule crash when app stops until new pillbox is purchased. Evidently I made 2 mistakes (1) I should have bought the app first then ordered the pillbox through the app. (2) I evidently bought the pillbox using one email address then used another to buy the app. I agree I screwed up but I thought the company could help me. I have been in contact with them through email, text and phone calls and they’ve reassured me over and over that they have cured the problem-but they haven’t. I have been trying to cancel my service and keep getting the runaround. They are holding my bank account hostage. I’m being told that a manager has to send out a return label. I purchased and am returning my two devices via Amazon. It is 4 days behind in transmitting readings to the app, which itself is slow to load and/or often fails. When I called, they blamed the cellular carrier and said they would ship out different unit this week. The current unit also has a call button that is not recessed so tries to connect when you’re not trying WAY to often. Charging frequentcy was biggest disappointment as I chose from several other researched due to the battery supposedly getting up to 6 days on one charge. Unit has been requiring daily charging.
