Very disappointed with Tag. But this official Tag app will not find or pair with my connected phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times with no joy. Followed all the FAQs and still nothing. Get a Garmin or an Apple Watch. ### 1/5 — Keeps losing connection to the watch *2021-03-26* Keeps trying to sync the watch faces and then loses connection and asks if I want to try again. Such a disappointing app. You’d expect a lot more from a company like Tag but this watch has had issues with connections since day one and they’ve not fixed it and just moved onto a new app for the new watches. What a joke! Ergebnis: es funktioniert nicht, die App auf dem iPhone XR verbindet sich nicht mit der Uhr (obwohl diese definitiv mit dem iPhone verbunden ist; alle anderen Apps laufen ohne Probleme). Der Support behauptet steif und fest der Fehler würde nicht existieren. Absoluter Wahnsinn bei einer derartig teuren Smartwatch. I have to a previous watch face and then back to the new watch face so it will display the correct date. For info. My Tag connected app will not see my watch. I have to rely on Wear OS to sync my watch to my phone. iPhone 11 running IOS 14.1 **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear you dissatisfaction. Works brilliantly with Wear Os app. First this could find the watch but wasn’t able to sync the watch faces. Now it doesn’t even find the watch anymore. Would expect more from a brand like Tag Heuer :( Update: support contacted me months ago with promise of an update. We invested a fortune in these watches and we are left with the old duff software which won’t pair with your phone as it’s supposed to. Makes you feel like you’ve half wasted the 3k it cost for the watch. Not. Work *2019-10-13* This App has never worked for me. Constantly try’s to synchronise watch faces with zero success. Если Вы внимательно посмотрите на сеть циферблата Orbital, то увидите выделенную часть: это указывает на секунды! Красота этой концепции заключается в деталях, сеть создается случайным алгоритмом, что делает каждый циферблат уникальным! И еще больше дизайнов циферблатов последует из новой коллекции! Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что Ваши приложения обновлены в Playstore Ваших часов! Нет последних циферблатов, обновления не регулярные, работает не стабильно. Очевидно, что следующее поколение часов это другая история, и ради контента их покупать не будут. Хочется, чтобы производитель принял меры, тк лояльность к бренду теряется. Dovreste implementare la silenziosità del iPhone quando l’orologio è connesso. Magari gestire direttamente l’orologio da questa app invece di usare google wear.
