Had the app downloaded, it worked well for 1 day then it went off, tried pairing it again, shut off phone, deleted app, reinstalled app, still nothing.

Had the app at one time it now has greyed out and I deleted and went to download it again but won’t let me down load it. So I got a 117.000 dollar Rv that I can’t use my phone to control. And won’t even allow me to open app.

yeah it’s a disaster. so cheap. i have to reset my phone constantly to make it work. Disappointed in the technology in a newmar product. i’ve had a thor with the vega touch. bullet proof and way more functionality. shame on newmar for picking a cheap vendor.

I have no idea why a company like Newmar would use a horribly unreliable app like this. We own a 2025 Dutch Star and the app has never worked. Come on Newmar! You can find a better partner!

Latest update isn’t working right.  The app pulls up the coach info but lights and hvac don’t respond to touching the control icons.

It worked for a while but disconnected and we couldn’t re-connect. Next trip I opened the app and lo and behold, it was connected and working but it wasn’t long before it disconnected and I can’t get it to re-find our coach. Spending way too much time on this. I give up!

When it works it’s wonderful.  Sadly it works for about a day then you have to reset the house batteries.  This app should work all the time.

Downloaded app.  Was able to pair, at which time it forced an update.  After the update I was unable to pair again. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  I’ve cleared the cache.  Nothing seems to work.  

Not impressed!

Probably the worst app I’ve ever had to download. I’d rather get off my bottom and look at the touch screen all the way in the back of the motor coach then try and figure out how to stay connected to this app. It keeps disconnecting and I’ve had to re pair it about 5 times and we’ve only been on a trip for 2 hours.  We have Wi-Fi in the coach and I’m not in a bad cell service area. It’s just a very bad app.
