## What is Connecting the Dots Toolbox?

Connecting the Dots puts the thirty-seven templates from Connecting the Dots: A Counselor's Toolbox for Better Relationships, by A. Damianakis, on your phone, tablet and computer, word for word as they appear in the book and the printed workbook.

Each template returns one skill to your own participation, how one speaks, listens, interprets, responds, sets a limit, receives a grievance, names X, tends trust, tends what is yours to tend, or takes the next right action, and tends one or more of the three elements: Connection, Communication and Calling.

WORK A TEMPLATE
Every template opens with when to use it and its working rule, then the prompts as printed. Your writing saves as you type. Each one closes with its Connect the Dots page and the same Record marks every time: alone or together, the weight of the matter today, a follow-up date, whether the next honest action was taken, and whether the evidence you watched for appeared.

EVERY DAY
Name the smallest practice you can repeat (Template 13.2) and mark each day done or not. See your streak and fourteen days at a glance.

PATTERNS
Counts and dates from your own entries, each shown with its arithmetic: follow-through, the weight of what you carry over time, what keeps returning, the elements and skills you practice. No score, no ranking, no label on anyone.

YOUR RECORD, ON EVERY DEVICE
With the subscription, your entries follow you to any phone, tablet or computer. You choose a username, no email needed. Your entries are locked with a passphrase only you know before they leave your device, so no one else can read them, including the publisher. You can keep everything on one device instead at any time.

SHARE WHEN YOU CHOOSE
Make a PDF report of your figures, and if you wish your entries, and send it to a counselor through your phone's own share sheet. Export a spreadsheet or a backup file.

SAFETY FIRST
The Private Safety and Good Will Screen from Chapter 18 is free, stays on the device where you write it, and is never counted or shared. Get help and a one-tap Exit are on every screen.

NOTE CARDS AND INSIGHTS
A card for every tool in the book, with its name, when to use it, its working rule and its steps, and a card for every entry you write. Search, filter by template or by Connection, Communication and Calling, and pin. Insights draws your own entries as charts: entries by tool, practice sessions each week, and the elements of the Human Element³ you are tending. Counted on your device, never a score.

SUBSCRIPTION
Monthly or annual, with 3 days free for new subscribers. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your store account settings. Bought Full Access in an earlier version? Restore purchases keeps it yours, no subscription needed. The safety screen, Get help and your own data stay open with or without a subscription.
